    Question Round 2 =/

    Hey everyone.. I'm new to this site.. anyhow I started phen the 1st time 2 years ago at my heaviest 195 i was loosing 2lbs a week I got down too 164 and i wouldn't loose any more weight, i also noticed.. loosing that weight i was still wearing the same jean size as of when i was 195 it's like if i didn't loose any inches arround my waist i was so mad =( Anyhow i noticed phen made me smoke more and i was trying to quit.. so i stopped phen and stopped smoking woohoo.. HOWEVER the pounds came back SOO fast =( well I wasn't that strict on my diet i didn't gain it all back thank god.. i'm not at 175 i've lost 5lbs.. so i see everyones post how is everyone loosing 5-6 lbs a week? it took me a month just to loost those 5 lbs =( i do cardio 4x a week for 1 hour i'm so impatient.. i really want to loose inches off my stomach any tips? advice? i've never been 145 and damnit i want to for once!! and enjoy life..clothes and my social life i hate going out i make excuses cuz i have no clothes that fit or im so insicure. i cry almost everyday i know that doesn't help.. but im just so depressed about my weight cuz i'm not loosing as fast as i want and i don't want to be stuck again =(

    Im not advocating not exercising at all......but I can say that I lost all of my weight by diet soley. I didn't start exercising until I lost all of the weight....then i exercised to transform my body.
    I allowed my body to use a small portioned low carb diet to shed the weight...then I used the exercise to mold my body after.
    The weight flew off for me.
    Since today is my first day on phen again after giving birth I WANT to exercise but I dont want to do it so much that i have to feed my body more calories thus getting in the way of my weight loss.

    This is just me and my way of thinking....it worked for me.

    Gave birth 2/25/10 -
    starting weight 245lbs day of giving birth
    Started phen on 03/19/10 - 213lbs...32lbs lost by giving birth
    4/24/10 - 185lbs....28lbs lost first month!
    05/08/09 - 180lbs...took a week break last week
