I have been at a no loss for 2 weeks. I am still eating what I am supposed to and nada, nothingI don't eat any starches and no added sugar foods. I exercise on my spinning bike and elliptical 3-5 times a week. Any suggestions???????????????????

I ran into the same problem so i ask my doc what i can do and he told me to up my calorie intake and do the same amount of exercise and i did that and the weight started to come off again ... mayb that will help with you also ... Best of luck to you keep me posted =) have a great day !!
I agree with the above poster...up your calories and maybe add in some simple carbs, with all the exercise (esp. spinning) your body needs the carbs to burn or it will eat away at your muscle! I eat whole wheat pasta and brown rice, also homemade refried beans that I make the healthy way with NO LARD LOL! Good luck, the scale will move again!!!
