    I WAS WONDERING IF ANYONE HAD ANY GOOD SOURCES THAT THEY USE TO KEEP TRACK OF THEIR CALORIES. I HAVE FOUND A FEW WEBSITES, BUT WAS WONDERING IF ANYONE HAD ANY BOOKS, OR WEBSITE THAT THEY JUST SWEAR BY.

    I really like www.myfitnesspal.com. It lets you count calories, track your exercise and save meals you eat regularly. It has worked really well for me so far. Good luck!!

    Hey just started on here so this is my first post... only been taking Phen for three day now.
    I always use http://caloriecount.about.com/ as u can track your activities and calories each day then a summary lets you know if you are over your allowance on things such as iron or carbs and vitamins. It also lets you know what your having too much off and that.

    I find it really helpful, when you put in your foods it has brand names also so that you can get the correct calories for what you have actually had, not just a generic estimation.

    You can also try http://www.livestrong.com/myplate/ or http://sparkpeople.com/ both are free. Both also track your weight and calories, protein, carbs and exercise for the week.
