    Default 2 week break... over

    I started back on phen this a.m. after a 2 week break. I have 18lbs to go to reach my goal and I am ready.
    I am going to try to up my cardio and kick butt this week. Anyone want to join me in a awsome fat kicking week?

    I have about that much to lose too! I am not on Phen anymore but I'm still hanging around and trying to keep myself motivated. I plan to kick my butt in gear extra hard this week too. I have been working out a lot but I think I need to shorten my time and up the intensity. I'm going to try that and see what happens this week. I will check in here with you and we can motivate each other. I also post on the thread ...chit chat between friends. You're welcome to join us there too!

    I gave up and now I have gained about 10 pounds! I am back and ready to kick myself inot gear for good! I REFUSE to allow that 10 turn into 80! It's about being healthy, not skinny!

    I will join you too...I joined the thread 60 minutes 5 days a week too a while back. I am going to try and change it up this week with some different weight resistance -- more for my lower half...

    I am also meeting with a trainer this morning who is going to go over what I have been doing so far to make sure if I am not overdoing it and causing my body to burn muscle...This is going to be interesting since I really feel like I'm doing okay but I need to have a new set of eyes look over the plan.

    So, will kick butt with you this week too!
    Start Weight: 157bs
    Current Weight: 151
    Goal Weight: 130 lbs

    GOAL SIZE = 8 (this is what I really want)

    I am in! I am going to start doing the spin classes again at the YMCA....I always burn off fat that way, but I have been reluctant to get back on the bike. Let's post our progress!

    glad that all of you are ready for a great week. I walked on my treadmill this a.m. but I plan on doing some more in a little while.
    Hopefully the weather will get a lot nicer and then I can start walking outside.

    How did you guys do today??

    I busted my butt tonight!! I didn't exercise for hours and hours but I really made it count major! I exercised on the treadmill for 40 minutes using the pre-programmed trainers and made it the entire way through it!!! I have tried to do it a few times before but never could do it all. I might have given up this time too but my niece called me crying cause as she put it " I was up all night crying because I hate myself" she wanted my help to lose weight and get in shape so I was working out with her and figured if I was going to be a good role model I needed to push myselt too. I was so proud of her cause she did 20 minutes in the elliptical and about 25 crunches her first night! She is 17 years old weighs 177lbs. Eating today I did good too. I only ate 1475 calories! The treadmill said I burned 435 during my workout so yay!!

    Today wasn't bad but not as good as yesterday in my opinion. I walked almost 3 hours and then did a little kick boxing for about 15-20 minutes! I hurt my hand a little (it's fine now) and I broke our heavy bag LOL... Oh well time for a new one.

    The bad part of the day was my eating. I had ice cream However, for some strange reason I usually lose weight when i eat ice cream so we will see what happens.

    Anyone else watch biggest loser? I do and tonight they showed mama sherry the way she looks now and AMAZING!! She is down to 138 pounds!! That was some real motivation for me. I figure is she can do I should be able to too and starting tomorrow I am going to not only do good in the exercise aspect but the eating aspect too!! I'm just not sure how good at it I'm going to be, but I am going to try.
