Yes I am new to this site and just started Phen on Feb 02, 2010. After 12 days, I'd lost 14lbs. I completely lost my appetite and didn't lose anything because quite simply, i'm not eating! So now, I'm trying to eat more.....argh!!! thats so hard to do.

No I've never heard of hcg clinics. Whats it about?

Hey Everyone! I'm new to the site and from Detroit too.. only been on Phen for one week as of today I have lost 7 lbs! So excited, and very motivating. It's nice to see a few of us from the same area.

Hey, I'm in Westland wondering...where have you ladies been to get your presecirption? Anyone have a referral because my internal physician is tripping so I picked a new doc that I won't be seeing until late april and my obgyn wants me to use my internists. Any recommendations, anywere in southeastern is good for me...thanks!!!!!!!!!!!

Dr Bill Nagler in Livonia, Mi , the program includes phen, b-12 shots, weigh in's, but it's kind of expenseive but worth it. Sorry don't know the number off hand.

Athens Clinic in Taylor across from Southland Mall or it's a place in southfield on greenfield and 9 mile you can use your insurance and just pay your co pay the address is 22100 Greenfield

I go to Dr. Bonior on 9 mile and greenfield if you don't have insurance it's $120 for the first visit and then $90 for refills. THe number is 1-248-967-3200. I recommend getting there early because baby, it gets crowded. They open at 8 but call for different times. Good luck!

My PCP gave me my prescription on Tuesday. I was a little weary about the medicine and if it works or not. After reading so many posts on this site it gained my trust. BUT I just hope this works for me.

Just checkin in how's everyone doing?.. i did Dr. Bonir (sp?) a few yrs ago b4 i got married,... yeah he's always busy. This time around my dr gave me a script.

What kinda eating plan r u guys following?

As for me, I'm pretty much following what Dr. Bonior suggested which is no rice, breads, potatoes and the such. I pretty much have to force myself to eat. I eat a salad everyday and put lots of meat(grilled chicken on my george foreman) and thats normally my biggest meal. I try to eat some more chicken or fish for dinner because he said I wasn't eating enuff but it's so hard. I"ve upped my exercise level as well so i'm hopin to have more pound loss. I got on a pair of jeans i haven't worn in 6 to 8 years so somethings happening. Maybe inches but i'm not gonna let the scale depress me. Good luck to you and how are you doing?

Hello I'm in Auburn Hills I was on Phen before and lost 40lbs right before my wedding that was almost 3yrs ago. Now I'm back with even more to lose but I'm focused so it shouldn't be too bad.

The 90$ is that for thirty day supply? How long do they prescribe the phen for on this program? What all do you get on the initial visit? Thanks

I'm sorry I've been out of commission for a few days. To answer your questions, Dr. Bonior gives Zoloft with the pills and the reason for this is , he says that the pills cause marked depression and mood swings and the Zoloft also counteracts your cravings. I've found this to be true for me. The Zoloft had me kinda lupey for the first 2 days but now i'm fine. Yes, the $90 is for 30 days as well as the Zoloft. He also offers protein shakes and meal supplement soups for an extra fee but gave free samples our first time. Good luck to you!

Hi everybody! I'm from Ypsi and a repeat offender. I've tried Phen three times before and always had great success. However, once I reached my goal, I would stop the Phen and also stop working out and thus gained it all back. I hope to do it right this time. We shall see!
