    Default Motivation, Support..WHERE IS EVERY1??

    I havent been on this site for a few months but when i was on my weight loss journey the first go around i got soo much support and motivation from this site now it seems so dead! Alot of ppl just shadow the site but speak up! We need all the support we can get & without the ppl on this site i would still be "259 lbs"!!!!!! So for this post introduce yourself & your goals!!!

    April 3, 2011- "194.2" lbs (Began eating everything & STOPPED phen & gym) :-/
    April 26, 2011- "207" lbs! (WOW!) Started back gym w/o phen!
    April 30, 2011- "204.2" lbs

    hey i'm new and would like to be back at 135 before i gained all this weight but i will be happy with 145. Ive looked at everyones posts and i'm amazed at how everyone is sticking to there goals and the support they give. I will be on here rooting for everybody. congrats to you for loosing all that weight!! you look great

    Hello!! I used to come on alot last year, posted some and lurked alot but found tons of motivation. I am back and ready to complete my goal!! I gained a ton of weight (i had triplets). I was at 229 when I started and got down to 186. I took some time off but I am here and super motivated. My goal is to get down to 145-150ish. I go back to the dr on Tuesday and plan on sticking with it!! I hope to find alot of motivation this time around!!

    I am here! I have gotten some support here. I go to the chat room. It's very encouraging to read others posts and get ideas on how they lost weight and we share our struggles. You can do it!!!!

    Hey hey heyyy ;D I'm here! You know how it goes... this journey is full of peaks and valleys. Some of us are stuck down in the valley right now... but we have to get back on!

    My motivation is the fact that I have motivated OTHERS. If you can't find the strength to do it for yourself yet.... a good place to start is for the benefit of the ones you love and care about.

    I feel like poop being that I have to give phen a break this week. But I have to pick myself up and keep moving. I stick to this plan because now when I think about being fat I get PISSED. Screw crying, screw feeling bad for myself... I am ANGRY that I let myself get this way.

    So eff fat - eff fat girl stores - and surely EFF poor health! Keep it comin Ms Jas107! You truly an inspiration

    Plan: -3lbs per week starting 2/1/10 to meet my 1st mini-goal:
    -60lbs by July 1, 2010 - for my birthday weekend in Vegas!

    Hi all! Michelle - TRIPLETS?? You are a saint. I know your life is so full and happy with them, but it has got to be exhausting.

    Anyway, Hi! I am somewhat new to Phen, was on it for 2 months back in Aug - Oct '09 and then off for 4months, and back on as of Feb 1st. I only lose 8-10 lbs a month so I'm a slow loser but I am happy with something. I would love to get to 135 - that number is surreal to me right now. I was always pretty thin growing up, not skinney but thin. Then I got married, put on 20 lbs in the first 2 years and continuously gained thru my two children and I'd had enough. Success to all of us!! Have a great weekend!

    amber alicia-Dont be angry about your weight. Im sure we all have been there, i know i have. But getting angry at yourself for gaining weight isnt going to help. Try thinking about it in another way like motivation for losing the weight so you can be happy about doing it! duno if that made sense or not! But let your weight be a motivation tool to changing yourself around. I used to HATE looking at myself bc i was soo fat so i finally got serious about doing something about it now im feeling my confidence coming back. Of all ppl i never wouldve thought ppl would look at me as an inspiration so if i can do it I know you can! Im hoping the best for you, you can do it!

    weathergrl-welcome back to phen! Im also a slow loser too, but i believe in slow and steady wins the race bc i didnt gain all of the weight back on my 5month break so i think it did benefit me losing slowly. Good luck to you on your goals!

    Mrsace13-Thank you!!! Its good to see a familiar face again! I thought everyone desserted me! I left while I wasnt on phen bc i didnt have any motivation to diet and exercise while not on the pill bc i know if i was working hard and not seeing results i wouldve gave up so i wated to get back on phen and the pill itself motivates me so im back to motivate others!!!
