    Talking What can I realistically lose by Memorial Day?

    Seeing all of the numbers on here I'm confused. I just got back on Phen on Feb. 26 after a little break. What's a realistic goal for 13 weeks?

    Hey =)
    seems like we have the same starting weight and goal weight date-MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND!
    I, unfortunately have done everything I can be doing right now... exercising 4-5 times a week, no soda, lots of water, no junk, blah blah and have only lost 9lbs since feb 2nd. I mean hey 9 pounds is 9 pounds, but I've seen people lose 7lbs in a week, or like 20lbs their first month. I guess it just depends how much you change your exercise and diet habits and how your body reacts to it. I havent been getting any side effects besides extreme dry mouth, which I guess is a good thing. But I've learned not to compare myself to anyone on here, my success is mine... just because I'm not losing 20lbs in the first month doesn't mean I'm not doing my best to lose what I am losing.

    The healthy way is 2-3 pounds a week so I would say anywere from 26-39 pounds should be realistic, but keep in mind that some weeks you can lose and other weeks might s uck, even if you do 20 pounds would be a great number.

    Realistically, if you work ur tail end off and eat right, u can lose 2-3lbs a week which would put you at 26-39lbs in 13wks...

    I have lost 37.1lbs in exactly 8wks so its doable...I push myself though and make sure I do NOT cheat or mess up becuz I want this weight off once and for all Mine is a little more than realistic though cuz thats an average of 4.64lbs a wk gone even though some of my wks were better than others...You can do anything u set ur mind to!
