Hey guys. So many new faces here!! I just wanted to let everyone know that I went in and made the "Pounds of Phrends" support group open to the public. I feel horrible that I have people who have requested to become a member and I haven't checked and seen it.
My life has been so busy that I have let this wonderful forum slip away from me. It is a fantastic support group and I have made so many life-long friends here.
Keep up the great work everyone and I'll try to pop in more!! I miss all our wonderful discussions!!!

Oh. weight wise I've been holding about the same, but went last week and got started back on the phen!! (and it is a good batch..lol) Maybe I'll drop more before shorts weather gets here....
