    I have just begun phen again after a break. A friend of mine who is a trainer said I should have at least 1500 on days I work out. I'd love to hear how much everyone else is eating.

    I'm trying to do 1200-1500 and so far it seems to be working. I found a great site www.myfitnesspal.com that helps you count your calories for each day. It's been a real help for me as I have only been on Phen for 3 weeks.

    I average 1500 cal/day.
    Goals...everybody's gotta have them

    Phase I- 199.0 lbs- completed on (3/14/2010)

    Phase II- 179.0 lbs
    Phase III-164.0 lbs
    Phase IV (the home stretch)-150 lbs

    Hi Windycitygal:

    I am working out 5 days a week for about 60 minutes or so. I have bounced back and forth on how many calories to eat. When I ate 1000 or less, my weight loss slowed significantly. I played around a bit and saw that if I ate 1200-1300, I lost consistently but still slow (I'm a slow loser). I think you just need to play around with the numbers yourself a see what gives you the best results. Good luck!

    1500 a day is a quite enough, believe me
