I'm trying to do 1200-1500 and so far it seems to be working. I found a great site www.myfitnesspal.com that helps you count your calories for each day. It's been a real help for me as I have only been on Phen for 3 weeks.

I am working out 5 days a week for about 60 minutes or so. I have bounced back and forth on how many calories to eat. When I ate 1000 or less, my weight loss slowed significantly. I played around a bit and saw that if I ate 1200-1300, I lost consistently but still slow (I'm a slow loser). I think you just need to play around with the numbers yourself a see what gives you the best results. Good luck!
