Default May have to go off Phen

I'm having serious sleep issues. Or rather, lack of sleep issues. 3-4 hours a night is all I'm getting. I don't take caffeine in any form, take my phen at 6 am, but still can't 'shut off' at night.

IF I go off phen, will my appetite zoom? (It's been going up anyway, most likely due to feeling TIRED.) Will I have any other withdrawal issues? I've been on Phen for 3 months and a few days.

This happened to me the first time I was on Phen. I barely slept at night but it didn't bother me too much during the day because I still had tons of energy. But, it was so frustrating at night because I was tired and wanted to sleep and I just couldn't.

So I stopped taking Phen on the weekends. I just took it Mon - Thurs and then took Friday, Sat, and Sun off to catch up on my sleep. I would sleep great, all night, and I'd feel much better. I don't think it is good to go too long without a good night's sleep... so maybe you could just take a couple days off during the week?

Also, your appetite will come back but I doubt you will have any withdrawal issues, or, atleast I didn't experience that.
