    Default Food Ideas

    I am running out of ideas for lunch....I can not have breads, potatoes, or corn...basicall a low carb diet and I am tired of salads and grilled chicken. I have tuna sometimes, but eating just tuna salad makes me feel sick with out the crackers. I do not buy the frozen lunches...because the carbs are super high...any ideas or suggetions. I want something with lots of protein....Help

    I eat a lot of soups ;D I try to make them homemade - that way there's less preservatives.

    I know what you mean about grilled chicken and salad. I eat that about 4 times a week!

    I love soup...what kind do you make...do they have rice, potatoes and/or noodles, or just veggies and stock?

    this is the best low carb recipe site ever. its broken down into
    categories/subcategories of what type of meals
    (dinner, dessert) , certain ingredients (chicken, turkey, beef) etc. plus she gives you pics, tips/alterations and star rating.
