Just checking in to see how everyone is doing - I am not sure if this thread has died or not.
I weighed in today and the scale was slightly over the 146 mark. I am counting it as two pounds for the week for my own sanity, though! I am hoping next week will have me at 145 or lower so that I can officially be 10 pounds away from my goal, with 20 pounds lost.
165 on 2/27: First weigh in at doc and started Phen
157 on 3/3: First week on Phen (-7)
153 on 3/10: 2nd week on Phen (-5)
153 on 3/17 - No weightloss/out of town at conference (-0)
151 on 3/24 - One month on Phen (-2)
151 on 4/1 - TOM (0) 1 month/1week
148 on 4/8 - 1 month/2 weeks (-3)
146 on 4/15 - 1 month 3/weeks (-2)
