I am getting by on 4 or 5 hours of sleep a night. Once in a while is okay, but now it's becoming nearly every night. During the day, I tire easily, have trouble remembering things. I take my Phen early, about 5:30 am, stay away from ALL forms of caffeine, and still can't sleep at night. Sometimes I take a benadryl or Tylenol PM at night to try to sleep and even that isn't working anymore.
any ideas?
