Wow we have 14 people starting this challange tommorow and 2 others who MaY start in a few days

this is awesome! The more the better!!! Soooo r u guys getting all ur foods and preparing what u will eat this week?! Im planning on eating lots of salads I love them and will not get tired of that dailey! I doooo have to confess a little secret

hope u don't get to mad at me but ummm I got a little anxious and started my plan today! I had 2 scrambled eggs with my turkey bacon chopped up in it! And ate 1/2 grapefruit! I had all the food and thought well why not try it today that way i can tell u all one day in advance if I'm down on my 5 th day

I just been stuck lately and was just not wanting to mess up another day cause I no myself to well if I'm not on a strict diet I just binge to much! Soooo I will let u no how today goes for me, I'm not on phen and I will let u no how hungry I get in between meals, or mayb I won't b hungry at all!!! Taz
