Hey I wanted to share this with you all!
Today on the Dr. Oz Show (I am such a nerd for this show now... lol) they had a couple on that lost over 100lbs together. When asked about their secrets to making the diet stick - the husband pointed out the COOLEST idea.
When your clothes start to look loose, or sort of junky - as a result of losing weight... THROW THEM AWAY!
This is because one of the first things that gets us all motivated to watch what we eat; is the fact that our clothes get tight. So by keeping your 'fat clothes' around - the transition back to being 'fatter' is easy. You just dig out your old clothes. So I did this today. I went into my closet and cleaned out the jeans that I have, and some dumpy shirts.
