Of course you can jump on! And itaurus if you can't cheat every once in a while especially when you are stressed, my diet would fail miserably! There are these hostess 100 cal cupcake packs, the vanilla and the chocolate didn't really do anything for me, but the strawberry ones are amazing. And I'm sure that before my first month is over I am probably going to have a piece of cake, since my nieces' birthdays are on feb 12 and I'm making the cake. And I will probably sneak into their goody bags and steal a snickers miniature lol. The thing is that if you deny yourself you will eventually end up calling off your diet and guzzle down tons of bad stuff. So a little cheat every now and again isn't the end of the world. I know you can do it, so don't let one little cheat bring you down. =]
