    Does anyone want to jump on board with my monthly personal challenge? Just take from my sig and change the numbers to suit you (or we could keep same # goals) I think it'll be interesting to keep track of how much of each I can get done! Since it's already Jan. 20 I am starting fresh and keeping track February.

    What do u mean by Strength? Im in though...I cant do push-ups due to my bad wrists but I can do everything else!

    Yay! For strength I'm basing it off of weights.. ex: 20 bicep curls, 20 arnold, tally 40 towards your #.

    I hear you on the pushups. Why do you think it's a lower # than the rest? Lol!

    Oooh you added lunges to yours. Good, you can keep all the lunges in the world lol. I hate them! Mostly because it kills my knees after doing x amount. Those and push ups are my weak areas.

    Yea, I put lunges in place of the push-ups...I hate both, but I wont physically harm myself if I do the lunges as I would the push-ups...I need my hands and wrists to function! lol

    Lets see....I would like to be at 205 by the end of this month. This is going to certainly take some *** kicking on my end.

    I would also like to start actually exercising, mainly cardio this month at least three times a week for 30 minutes to one hour everytime. It's a little, but do-able goal I think.

    My update for today. Didn't get as much done as I had hoped, layed in bed wide awake 4 hours last night. Will strugle to watch Biggest Loser tonight it's on 3 hours tonight.
    ALL things are possible for those that LOVE the Lord!!: :thinking I Really need to focus on getting tone!!!! Need to get back on board and lose the 12 lbs. that I have regained.....

    The only thing I did was a couple of squats while cooking dinner. So, tomorrow it is so on! Way to go guys you are off to a great start to this new month! By the end of Feb. I would like to see 190!

    Well, all I got today was 3 miles, sure hoped and intended for more but it just did't happen. Had my 2 year old grandaughter all day, she's just so cute. Had to enjoy her. She got a kick out of my walking with my video. Where is everyone today???

    I did not do all 50 at once. I would do ten here and there. I did some off my treadmill and those seem to be easier. (still could feel it in my arms)

    My actually day of weigh in is not until Mondays but I weigh myself everyday to reflect on the day before on what I need to improve. I do not count what I lost for the week until Monday because water weight will change from day to day. (betweeen 1-2lbs) Anyways this morning I weighed myself and it said 199.2. Will keep up the good eating habits this week and working out to have a good weigh in for Monday.

    I do the same thing, weigh every day but have my official weigh-ins on Fridays.

    Doing a little here and a little there adds up over the day! I do cardio videos that incorporate strength so I get it that way too.

    ugh, I need to get crackin on my abs! lol I havent done any yet! but I am doing good on everything else! I might need to UP my running miles since I do so much on a daily basis...We shall see!!

    Tex, I'm going to up my miles too. One of my main things with my job is walking.. not to mention some of the exercise vids I do are walking/cardio/strength to equal 1, 2, etc miles. I think 50 just sounded like a good # at the time lol.

    Yesterday did log onmy updates. Everyone is doing so great. I do not like doing the ab exercises as well I do not know why I said I would do 1500. Anyways I am not going to reduce them just because I do not like them. We still have plenty of time before the end of the month.

    Got to get busy again. Only did some running this weekend. Have to work on my other goals. I want to make it to my goal at the end of Feb. It is not looking to good for VD goal but I am happy that I am losing and not gaining. Where is everyone at?

    Things on the exercise front were a little slow this weekened too. I did get in an hours worth today, so my goal numbers atleast went up a little

    Im getting my gym membership on Thursday. Cant wait to use the ellipticals and treadmills!

    haha I already surpassed my lunges goal of 500 so I had to up it to 1000. I also upped my squats becuz I had it set at 300, but Im already at 231 so I would hit my goal by tomorrow so I changed that one to 500 for now lol and I also changed my running miles to 125 I figured I'd set small goals at first to find out just how much I really can do and well, I found out I can do a LOT more than I thought! keep up the good work ppl!

    Tex: way to go passing your first goal on your lungs. Keep up the good work!

    Wishflower: I love my treadmill! I also have an elliptical and I plan on using it more.

    Well I am going to get a move on with this or I will never make my goal on anything. I am proud of myself though because last month was my first month of actually exercising since being on this journey again. Last month for the whole month I ran 18 miles and as of today I am at 12.2. I will going to at least past that of what I ran last month.

    Hello Ladies! Everyone is doing great towards there goals! I was curious yesterday on on many inches I have lost since the 1st of Feb and I am down 2 inches around my waist! When my husband came home last night I should he what my stomach and waist use to measure at and he was very proud of me that I had lost that many inches around my waist. I believe these crunches are starting to work around my waist. At the end of the month I will let you all know what I lost total.

    I know if I am not losing the pounds at least I want to be losing inches. As long as my body is doing something. I take my measurements once a month and weigh ins are on Mondays.

    Another thing is I try not to get discourage if the scale only moves down a couple of oz. for a week. I tell myself there is always next week.
