Good morning everyone!
Well yesterday I was soo bad! I didn't take Phen and I kind of wanted to gain a little because that's how bad I wanted the scale to move! I felt like if I gained a little, it would shock my body into doing SOMETHING besides sitting at the same weight. So last night I had like 4 cookies, 2 lean pockets, some buttery bread (mm!), and some cheese (1 slice of kraft sandwich cheese). Total binge and I felt terrible and when I got on the scale this morning, I had gained exactly 1 pound from it. Ughh

can't say I'm surprised though... but at least it moved! lol
back on track today! I had a bowl of special k cereal in skim milk for breakfast and I'm drinking tons of water and I have my Phen today that I'm taking in a minute! I'll only have a few handfuls of trail mix and my 100 cal fat free yogurt for snacks today. As for lunch, I don't know yet. Maybe a smoked turkey sandwich? I always feel like that has some hidden calories somewhere in there though.
I am really hating that I have no time to work out during the week!! I have at least 3 hours of homework a night and that's barely enough time to finish and shower and eat dinner before it's 11 PM and time to go to bed!

That's why I really have to make up for it on the weekends and try to move around a lot while I am at work. I am going to go get a pedometer so that I can track how much I walk at work and that may motivate me to get moving some more!
