Good morning Ladies!
Xblack - great job on turning down the hot cheeto fries, they are also one of my faves. My hubby has done the same thing to me...when I first started he brought me a candy bar and I am like I cant eat that, but um thanx. He since has realized that I mean business this time especially since I turned down chocolate and that is something I never do!
Taz - I think you read my mind on the challenge thingI was just thinkin last night that I wanted to challenge myself this week to 1 hr cardio a day. I am going to break mine up if thats ok...30 minutes in am and 30 in pm. Before it got cold I was doing an hour+ everyday cuz I love to walk outside. But for some reason being inside on the treadmill I just cant push myself as much and only get in 30 min a day. So now is the time to get back in gear
Kind of a crappy weekend for meSaturday early am I was leaving for work and did the unthinkable. It was sooo cold and dark and the exhaust from my car was like a blanket of fog, combine that with icy driveway and boom you back into hubby's truck - his pride and joy! I was so afraid to tell him, I wanted to just crawl in a hole. But I mustered the courage and yes at first he freaked out a bit, then calmed down and was just happy that I was ok. The damage wasnt too bad to his truck, a small dent in the rear and broken tail light. My car on the other hand... 1/3 of my rear bumper shattered - plastic piece of chit! So no exercise for me this weekend
All weekend went running around lookin and calling for car parts, tail light, etc. Didnt want to turn it in to my insurance cuz we had water damage to the house only 6 mo ago and then now with 2 cars, that would be 3 claims in less than a yr and I dont want to be dropped! So stressed out to the max! Well back to the grind today, gotta get in my 1 hr of cardio starting now. I hope you guys didnt mind me venting for a minute...and a big thank you for listening
