Taz I know it feels like 4ever

I havent been on much cuz I am having a crappy week

Not anyhting to do with exercise or food tho, just personal crap! As for exercise I have been doing both, well walking mostly - lol. I did the shred on Monday, plus an hr of walking....well then yesterday I felt like someone beat the crap out of me so I didnt get any exercise in

Well today, I am going to try the shred again and also walk since I feel better. I dont know how anyone can start off doing that shred everyday, man it just kicks my butt! Especially all those jumping jacks when you are my size and it feels like all your rolls (not to forget breasts) are jumping around and smackin you - lol! But at least this time I was able to do all the jumping jacks, so that is positive. I am going to try to shred at least 2-3 times a week to spice things up and also so I can get to a point where I can do it everyday. Monday I was really down cuz the scale didnt like me and had me at 242...probably from that darn wine on Saturday and a couple of bad food choices. Well finally this am I am down to 238, 1lb under my friday weigh in. I read about that ring your hubby got you for Vday...it sounds beautiful! Does your hubby give lessons

Sometimes my hubby could use them-lol! Anyway, I have been babbling on and on so I better go. I will be thinking about you today
