I am a Dr. Oz fan, so when I saw him on the cover of "Woman's World" magazine, I had to buy it.
In the article, he mentions that he is a big fan of the supplement, ribose. He suggests taking 5 grams of ribose 2-3 times daily. He said it will turbocharge folks with even the worst fatigue and help with weight loss.
So, I drove to the vitamin store today and picked up a bottle of ribose. I thought it would be in tablet form, but I just opened the bottle, and it is a powder. Does anyone know how I should take this supplement? Should I mix it in water? Should I mix it into my food? I'm not sure what to do with it.
