Ok, well I didn't just stop at my friend's bday cake....Went to my neighbors Superbowl Party and they had every bit of food you can imagine PLUS homemade FROM SCRATCH chocolage cake w/ homemade chocolate fudge icing on top!!!! How could I say no? I mean come on.... so I did splurge A LOT this weekend. And guess what, my stomach is soooo torn up from all this junk food. I mean even the red meat tore up my stomach, because I was seriously going #2 twice within a very short period of time while I was still at my friends house. It's like I ate it and my body said REJECTION REJECTION GET IT OUTTA HERE! So, that's what it did. I know I know, TMI. Sorry gals!

On a bad, but I guess it's my own fault note: I am at 208lbs today. I'm going to have to work extra hard this week.

It's ok to splurge on occassion as long as we don't make it our habits so I am ok with having a wonderful time fellowshipping with friends this past weekend. Have a wonderful day all of you!

I am down to 240 this morning, yay! Last night I tried to eat a chocolate chip cookie, it made me sick! I think its because Ive not really eatin any sweets in quite a bit. I didnt work out yesterday because I counted my 2 hours of snow shoveling my work out. I thought I was going to die!

I lost 6 oz for the week. A bummer since I had seen 139 even on the scale. But then again not surprising because I haven't been exercising and my water drinking has been slacking. So since we are getting snow today and I officially don't have a truck (we sold the tahoe) I'll get back on the Wii. I'm also going to drag out my exercise ball and start on the ab workouts. I can tell by the way I look that I stopped exercising so I really need to get back into a commitment with this. I think I'll stear clear of weights right now though because I hurt my shoulder climbing out of the back of the Tahoe. It hurt pretty bad, but feels a ton better now but still going to take it easy til there is no pain.

I really need to find a gym that has daycare and the membership is a decent price. I get bored easily with exercising at home I need the machines and stuff lol. Too bad all of our tax return has had to go to a new Suv I could have probably talked hubby into a treadmill or elliptical haha. Oh well I'll take a Suv . But now my camera lens and battery grip for my camera are on hold a little longer. Hopefully I can get it all before my moms wedding in June she's wanting me to take her pictures for her and be her Matron of honor geez! lol

I'll get back with some personals later my monsters are waking up.

Woo hoo!! I lost 1.3lbs today bringing me to 220.5lbs!! AGHH!! I wanted to be at 220.9 by today and I did it!! So this means I have lost 7lbs of the 15lbs I wanted to lose by V-day...But, I dont think I will lose 8lbs this wk so Im screwed due to my plateau last week lol Oh well as long as Im between 215-219 by then I will be happy. I also lost another 3.5" last week too. Anyways, u ladies are doing great so keep up the good work! It seems like everyone that was struggling last week is finally losing!! GO US!!

Good Morning Ladies!!!
Its another snowy day here bluh!!! Im so sick of the snow. I weighed in at 176.9 today, Im ok with that cuz I didn't workout like I should have last week. So today I am going to kick some major ***** ! 3 out of 10 isn't going to cut it, I've got 6 days left so I'm sure I wont make the entire 10 but Id be satisfied with another 4lbs.

I would like to be 135 by my birthday which is the 21st so I think I need to get my butt in gear. I'd love to be 130 but since I'm not taking my phen right now I think 135 would be better. I'm not taking my phen because I need to fill my refill but since I am without vehicle at the moment I'm waiting til my husband comes home. So hopefully I can refill it by next week.

Once I do fill it it'll be my last refill and then I'll be done with phen! Eek! I'm kind of nervous but then again I'm not because I know that I can't over eat anymore. I think that was my main problem just over eating and not exercising. I can do it I can do it I can do it!

Hi Everybody!!!
Well lets see over the weekend I went out on Friday night, had a few drinks with a diet mixer...I was afraid I was going to be up BIGTIME on saturday...I made sure to drink a ton of water in between my drinks and I did dance my bootie off, so I got up on Sat and weighed and I was down 3 lbs!!!! I was totally amazed...I kept making everyone in the house weigh and reweigh to make sure the scale was right....I was pretty skeptical on whether or not I would keep it off come Sunday but I weighed and had gained .5 of it back...but hey Ill take the two and half pound weight loss. Got up this morning and I was down another lb. So that leaves me with 5lbs to go for my Vday goal...Im not sure if I can do it or not...but I will see. I have been doing the mayo diet that Taz posted and I have to tell you it is working wonders. Also the 37.5 phen that the doc put me on last week has been so good to me, I have had very little side effects and barely feel hungry. I used the target pharmacy versus the little no name one I used last time, I think Ill keep using them!! lol!

Yesterday was my daughters birthday, she turned 15. She requested that I make her a white iced cake with zebra print and yellow border....oh and also some peace signs added to it...lol!! the cake was chocolate...let me tell you this was the first time I had been realllly tempted to cheat. I am a sweet eater and birthday cake and ice cream is my favorite. i did good, I had one small bite of my 5 year olds just for the taste...and I only ate the hamburger patty and a big salad for supper (hubby grilled hamburgers and we had cheese dip) I was really proud of myself for resisting. I kept thinking that I didnt want to have to come on here and tell everybody I screwed up...lol!!!

Everybody is doing so great, Im amazed at yalls dedication to working out. That is one thing I can't seem to stay consistent with...Im about every other day or every two days with it. If I could make my butt get in gear and do it every day I would prolly lose that much more.

Slave: yes we are neighbors!!!! Where are you at?? Im in Webster off of 528 and bay area blvd. I actually went to a place on fairmont for my phen...it was the dr visit and bloodwork and 2mth supply for a 100.00. We should meet up sometime.

christykoeb21: Im guessing you are a photographer...so am I??? what do you shoot with and what lens are you wanting???? I am a canon girl all the way...just got the 50mm 1.4 and I love it!!!!

I have some similar reactions to eating sugar now as well. It is similar but not exactly the same. If I eat it, even a little, I naturally want a little more. Then I want to eat a lot of anything (and everything else) in some attempt to maybe flush it out of my system. My stomach ends up hurting, I feel all bloated and gassy and just gross. I wish I flushed it out as fast as you do, but still its not pleasant either way. I guess it is our body's way of saying "you've been doing so good don't give up!" but it sure doesn't feel so encouraging.
I get a bad headache too, I guess its like a hangover to remind me not to do that anymore.

Tosh- Well I don't have a business but yes I am. I am a Canon girl also! I am hoping to get the 24-70mm and a battery grip to help stablize my camera. I have the Rebel XSi so since its a little smaller then a full frame the grip will help. I have the 50 1.8 and love it!

Dang. I thought you were in your early 20's too... You are very pretty.

Soooo, I flew to Austin TX this weekend for a early V-Day weekend with my honey. Needless to say, I am up 3 close to 4 lbs I ate ok, but the beverages, well they were high in calories. My fingers were swollen this morning, I am hoping this is mostly water retention. But I did inhale some nachos while at the airport yesterday. I was hungry.

It was a lovely weekend. Austin seemed like a nice city.

At Friday's weigh in, I was up a lb from the last week. It doesn't surprise me. I haven't ran in two weeks and it is driving me nuts. I hope the weather is more cooperative tomorrow. It has snowed all day, but thank goodness it isn't sticking. I could do other exercising, like my bike at home, but by the time I get home, I am just beat. I know it's just excuses.

I hope everyone had a great weekend.

Hey ladies,

I didn't do bad yesterday at all. There was plenty of food everywhere I went of course, but I took my pill before I left the house and I had absolutely NO appetite at all! I have a question, is there a difference in Walmart's pills (like are they generic or something) because I recently received some directly from my doctor and they work like the first time I started taking phen. The ones my doctor gave me are lighter w/ more blue specs on them compared to the one's at Walmart. Idk, either way, I have that "first time" feeling again and I think I will be getting over my slump this week. Two days ago, Wii fit said I lost 1.1 lbs, but I don't weigh myself until Wednesday and my official doctor weigh-in is Saturday, so we'll see what's what. I don't think I'll make my VDay goal of -7lbs, but I'm happy to see some type of loss.

Tex- We bought some of those Special K Crisps two weeks ago and my mom kept telling me how good they were, but I just ate one this morning and it WAS good! And it's two in the pack, so it's filling w/ water

Honey- I definantly will keep you all posted on the Wii Fit! You'll be able to get one soon enough, I had to save up myself (after getting a few of my debts under control!)

Dimediva - OMG the fruit crisps are SOOOO good. They remind me of more sophisticated pop-tarts haha

Anyway I am 212 so two lbs away from my Valentine's day goal and 7lbs away from my goal for March 1st. I am sure I will make it. They're totally do-able goals. My weight loss seems to have sped up. I'm pretty sure I am down like 4lbs from last week already. AWESOME!

I have two questions:

1. What are B12 shots

and

2. What do you all drink besides water? I know we have to have a certain amount of H2O daily, but what else do you all drink besides that? It can get tiresome after a while. I've been drinking those V8 Splash drinks, but I need more ideas.

Dime- you could try the crystal light. Very low in calories and tastes pretty good too. I mostly drink water and I know the feeling. Every once in awhile I will allow myself an Ice tea or something diff.

Slave: a walking/***** group sounds like fun...count me in! My husband and I have been walking at Challenger 7 park...I like it cause there is never alot of people there...I had no clue there was a clinic in clearlake...that would have been so much closer...and your right I was mistaken it was 120.00 for 2 mths. Where is Frankie Randolph park...sounds familiar but Im gonna have to google it. We really do need to get together.

Well I have drank all my water for the night...walked 2 miles and then attempted to jog....I think maybe i did a half mile. I ate really good today but
maaan that birthday cake is callin my name.....ugh! ****s! oh well.

I felt so bad that I couldn't meet her need. I got a really bad headache too. So I am guessing the piece of cake at my friend's bday and the chocolate cake the following day is probably what did it. Thanks for your help Hopeful!

Ok. so once again, no loss today...I didnt do anything different to NOT lose weight so Im starting to wonder if the reason I lose more weight on the wknds is becuz I exercise a LOT more. During the wk I only have a few hrs to get exercise in each day, but on the wknds I have 2 FULL days to incorporate exercise...Last night I exercised for a little more than an hour and ate really good...on the wknds though I usually get in 2hrs or more each day of exercise...do u guys think maybe that is whats happening?? Maybe I need to UP my exercise during the wk to see the same results as I do on the wknds?? I WAS going to run for 60min yesterday and do all 3 lvls of the BL dvd but my freaking boys are always up my a** when they are home with me! UGH! So I only got in 2 lvls of the BL dvd and one 30 min run...ughhhhh today I am going to put the boys in their room and have them play or watch a movie while I exercise and see if that helps...and Im gonna do all 3 lvls and at least 2 30min runs k?? ya'll r my witnesses that I said I would do this to see if I get good results tomorrow k? That would give me 50min on the dvd and 60mins of running so almost 2 full hours of exercise. lol

I also told my bf that we were going out to lunch for V-day (not dinner cuz I want to be able to get home afterwards and workout hardcore to help burn some of those extra calories b4 I go to bed) but now Im scared to do it since I am having such a hard time getting this weight off now...Maybe I'll go out still, but just make sure I dont eat too much..idk, my weight is stressing me out with all this stop and go, stop and go non-sense..

Oh, today I have BIOL and last wk we did cultures of whatever we wanted to see just how much bacteria is growing around us and guess what I did? I heard how on $100 dollar bills there is a lot of cocaine (which my teacher verified) and stuff so I did one culture of a $100 dollar bill and the other culture is my finger nails lol My teacher was explaining about how gross the bacteria can be underneath ACRYLIC nails (which I have) and how some places actually BAN women from wearing them (i.e. Elementary schools in some states) so I did my 2nd culture on my acrylic nails..Im scared to see what my cultures look like cuz I LOVE me some acrylic nails! lol AND I have a BIOL exam today..wish me major luck! lol

TEX you need to go out for Vday with Justina. You both deserve it! Plus maybe that is what you need to jump start your weight loss again.

So Im down another .9 lbs only 1.5 lbs to go til I meet my next valentines day goal. I think I should be able to make it. I told myself that if i got to 195 I would let myself splurge and enjoy the time with friends on Vday and now I am at 187.4 So lets see if i can get down to 185 by then. Everyone is doing so well. keep it up.

Tex - Seriously girl, CALM DOWN. I so got stressed just reading your post! It's O.K. to go out to lunch w/ your bf. Don't deny him that time with you just because you are scared of your weight! When you get off Phen you are going to have to learn how to incorporate all sorts of food "things" that come up so it's best to make everything you do now your regular routine for life...except maybe the excessive exercising. Once you are at your goal weight we just have to maintain at that point.

Anyhow, as for getting more exercise in. I do the BL Cardio and Sculpting. I will usually do the full Cardio video, or do 1 and 3 if I don't have enough time to do the full thing, and level 3 of the Sculpting (it's hard!) Anyhow, my daughter begins crying about halfway through because I put her in her playpen. So when we get to level 3 on the cardio I incorporate everything I do with her. It acutally makes it ten times harder. Like when we are doing the ducking punches I will hold her in my arms while ducking. MY ARMS ACHE afterwards, but my darling daughter laughs and giggles the whole time she spends w/ mommy. And then whenever I do the skaters I'll move her from arm to arm as I go leg to leg, and again she laughs so hard and it makes my workout ten times harder. Grant it, I know your boys are bigger, but it's just an idea to incorporate them in with your workouts so they get to spend time w/ mommy and so you get to workout and spend time with your boys. My daughter is 4 and I couldn't imagine holding her through out a dvd lol I probably would never want to workout again lol. Oh tex- its on now... 25 lbs by Easter!

RYRY- haha YAY!! its on!! 25lbs it is! That averages to around 3lbs a week to reach that goal by Easter k? Anyone else wanna try that??

So far I have ran 40min and did all 3 lvls of the BL dvd which is 50min so I am going to run at least one more 30 min run tonight and see what the scale says tomorrow
