    Thanks guys! I am not sure if it's a new one or not.. I feel lots of lumps and always have. But what I do is feel the other one in the "same" spot and if they both feel the same lump wise then I don't think anything of it.

    This one feels like a little pea size knot. I felt around the other one and noticed lumps there too, but not as hard. I wish my doc would call me back.

    Hi Everybody!!
    just wanted to pop in and say hi!! Everyone is doing great!!!

    I weighed this morning and from 1/13/10 to 1/21/10 I have lost 11lbs!!! I am soooo excited!!!
    I was kinda worried because me and hubby went out on a date last night I consumed a *few* drinks that maaay have had a some vodka and diet 7up in them!!!! oh well a girls gotta have her vices...and believe me my head is paying for it today!! lol!

    Justa- you look great girl! I totally know what you mean about working with all men and babying them. Im a job cost coordinator for a construction company and I am one girl outta 75 men. I think they think Im their wife sometimes! They will call me when Im on my way in to work and ask me to stop and pick them up stuff like socks and reading glasses...im like wtf??? lol!!

    My phenrages seem to be getting better, i am drinking about 120oz of water a day, at first I literally had to FORCE myself to drink it and now I think Im getting addicted to it, its like I can't be without a bottle of water in my hand. I still havent started exercising yet....I know that Ive GOT to, I just need a umph! lol
    Tex- I am in Houston I can't believe yall had tornados that bad! I didn't even see anything in the news about it, we have them here too and its SCARY, we have had to get in a closet or the bathtub before . it ****s! Ive been thru two hurricanes in the past 5 years both with direct hits on my towns (funny cause I lived in a different town each hurricane and it still found me!) and that ****s!! but I am girl that LOVES bad weather...I would be a stormchaser if I could!!

    Just wanted to congratulate everyone on there weightloss!! yall are all doing sooo great!! I love reading your post, I wish I would have known about his site sooner it would have made a big difference!!!

    oh and Justa...I was havin a skinny day yesterday...I actually dressed up for work (rare for me!)

    Good afternoon everyone!

    Hope you are all having a great day. I have ZERO energy today. Both my girls work up at 4am this morning ( I don't know why) and I had a heck of a time getting them back to sleep. The phen helps out a lot with the tiredness though. Its hard to imagine how I ever made it without the phen LOL!

    Anyway, didn't get to exercise last night because I was busy with the kids while hubby was at work. Running around the house with a 2 year old and 9 month old must be equal to working out, because I was down - 1 pound this morning HOORAAY

    I have already drank all my water for the day. I gave several longer lectures this morning and drank through them. Man all that water makes me feel like a whale! I had some healthy choice soup for lunch and an apple. So far thats it. Maybe I will be able to splurge a bit on calories for supper

    Justa: Definitely said a prayer for you today. I am sure its nothing, but I know you must be stressed!

    Tex: I HATE storms too. Its so much worse when you have kids who are so scared too. Glad its over for you and everything is ok.

    Honey: I update my info every Friday OR when I am losing (LOL). I have been putting daily progress to keep track of our little bet. It just keeps me motivated and accountable to my self.

    Yea, so I tried to take a pic on my phone to UPDATE my siggy, but No thank you lol I look disatrous in it so I will wait till tomorrow when I have my hair done and make up on lol

    TOSH- There were tornados in Canton, Lake Palestine, Coffee City, Gilmer, Tyler...everywhere!! lol And even though I live up north, Hurricane Katrina, Rita and Ike still hit us up here too! Katrina was obviously the worst! lol I think I wouldnt have panicked if my kids werent with me..I LOVE watching storms and listening to them until they get a little too close for comfort lol

    So I just got done with the "Just Dance" game for wii. My sister is my exercise partner and we played the game for an hour. Talk about a good cardio workout lol. I wonder how many calories that burns.... well hope everyone has a productive day.

    So ladies...im feeling very discouraged today The phen is making me feel like sh**. I couldnt sleep last night, I feel like my heart is pounding out of my chest and awful headache. I really want to take it everyday for the 2 week supply I got but I hate that feeling. I didnt take it today. I also think it has something to do with the diet my dr has me on...no breakfast and only around 700 calories a day. Is that what anyone else is eating? That seems crazy to me but I am willing to do anything to get to Onederland.. HELP!

    my doc told me that it is very important to eat breakfast a hour after taking phen to jump start my metabolism...if that helps any.

    hello all!!

    I'm really tired tonight! I woke up this morning at 5 and couldn't go back to sleep for the 45 minutes I could!! Lol Oh well!

    Not getting to work out on the fit tonight. Hubby is watching the show Burn Notice! They had a marathon today, so we've been watching this show since I got home at 4:45! Ugh

    Tara... 700 calories doesn't sound nearly enought!!! I've always heard to eat at least 1000-1200!!! Otherwise your body goes into starvation mode and will turn anything you put in your body into "storage"!!! Just be careful!

    I ate really well today! We'll see how it goes in the morning!! Gonna go read for a little bit and go to bed! See you all later!!

    Yeah, 700 seems like not enough. Breakfast is VERY important. I hate breakfast but I force myself to eat it anyway. They say you should eat within an hour or two of waking up. I definitely try to do this.

    Also, maybe the phen is too strong for you. Did they prescribe the 37.5? If so maybe break it in half and take that for a week, and then switch to taking the full dosage. I know when I first start my phen is gives me headaches for a week or so and then it usually does not.

    Tara, you should definitely have at least 1200 or your body is going to go into a defensive mode...and something might end up shutting down as opposed to losing weight. Having something healthy and balanced is better than nothing at all! Lots of water seems to help with the headaches I've been finding, but the insomnia thing-not so much. Yesterday was the first day I actually got a decent nap after a full week.
    Honey- I've been feeling a little better since I started drinking more water indeed. Steps at a time
    I don't have long to write since I have to head out the door for my Friday morning PT beatdown (my body is pretty sore from this week's sessions)--Followed by running my mother to her job interview...*fingers crossed* Yesterday was a pretty easy day thankfully (not counting spin) but I was on the same note as the rest weather-wise- Too many accidents, storms, and sirens!
    Gotta go for now, but stay motivated and I'll drop a note later!

    JUSTA- I have a pea-size very hard knot in my right boob and I freaked out over it too, but actually, the doc said it is just a clogged duct. I have had it for about 5-6yrs now too! It doesnt go away! I obviously made an appt right away when I found it, but I guarantee you that ur doc will say the same thing so dont worry too much k?

    Anyways, I played hookie from school today becuz I dont think I can handle another parking day like I did on wednesday...I will end up in the psych ward if I did lol Look, only 2-3wks in to school and Im already playing hookie lol geez.... Well, I lost .9lbs today bringing me down to 227.5lbs!!! woo hoo!! I hope to reach 225 b4 monday!! No kids again this wknd so I can work my butt off hopefully Gotta be below 220 to hit the 17lb goal by the end of the month!! lol

    So I have to make this quick. Hope everyone is doing great. It sounds like everyone is. Congrats to Tex on your awesome .9 pound loss! You're kicking my butt, but I am proud of you!

    Tara - My doctor told me to stay between 1200- 1500 calories and since I am a foodie I generally stay between 1300 - 1500 calories. I rarely ever go over that. I bet you feel weird all day, because of the lack of calories you are eating. And as mentioned above you probably are going to end up having something shut down by only eating 700 calories a day. Also, if I take Phen and don't eat breakfast within two hours or so I'll end up throwing up so you should eat breakfast. It's better to eat breakfast than any other meal of the day. SInce most of your calories are burned while you are awake and moving around rather than at night when you are sleeping. I hope this helps.

    Had an awesome workout yesterday everyone. My legs feel like wet noodles today. I plan on weighing on Saturday morning. Love you guys!!!! Thanks for all your encouragement!

    Thanks ladies SO VERY MUCH for all of your support and responses on the boobie knot Tex, that does ease my mind. I googled "other causes" for knots and found it could be due to hormonal changes, etc. Who knows, but I think it's probably going to be ok too. I used to be a much worse hypochondriac. Thank goodness I don't stress myself into a panic attack like I used to, because then I would have went to the ER convinced I was having a heart attack. LOL. You ladies are great and you sure make me smile this Friday morning.....

    I go see my Gyno next Tues and then Wed I have a mammogram scheduled.

    So I hope everyone is having a great day and I hope you all had success over the week. I don't get to record a loss today (Friday's are my official weigh in), still the same as last week. I am bummed a little because I know the snacking is what probably stalled things. The good thing is that I did run 4 miles yesterday. That is a new record. I have an app on my iPhone that is pretty accurate in recording the distance. I had thought that maybe I had ran 4 miles last week, but it was more like 3.5. So this week wasn't a total loss, but I still know that I can do better. I just hope that I break through this compulsion to snack. The reminders help during the day, now I gotta do something about the evening snacking. *sigh*

    I was not prescribed 37.5 but 30. So I am going to break it in half and see how that makes me feel. And also I am going to eat breakfast.I mean thats insane to not eat breakfast. You cant have fruit, only high protein(chicken fish beef eggs) and 1/2 a cup of veggies. I mean that is really hard for me because I am used to eating a whole lot more. So as long as I am eating something healthy I am going to eat more. Im sure that will make me feel better.

    Tara--Breakfast is like the best kickstart to your metabolism--fire it up!! Fiber-y fruits and veggies will help to give that full feeling without packing on the calories too. My doc started me at 30 as well, slow sure steps to those results. You'll be feeling better in no time!
    Honeybaby--I echo your sentiment about noodle legs--my legs, butt and back are giving me grief for the workouts they got!!
    Texas--hookie can be a great sanity check sometimes

    Hey Ladies,

    How are ya? Ok so I surfed around a bit before deciding to participate...and I chose your thread.

    I'm starting Phen again. I had started it in August but the headaches were so fercious I had to give it up... Eventually determined I was just really really dehydrated. If you are struggling with the same issue ...I recommend doing some reading here:

    OK so I'm giving the Phen again and I have a pretty important goal in mind. I had used Phentermine a few years ago and along with healthy lifestyle choices...had great success. I kept it off until I got divorced...an excruciatingly painful divorce during which I basically threw in the towel and said to hell with it...I'll do what I want and eat what I want and drink all the sugary martinis I want. And...I just assumed that the pounds I put on would slide right off? NOOOOO they don't.

    Fast forward 3 years later... I am very happy and ready to look like on the outside what I feel like in my heart. I've never been happier in fact. With the exception of my waistline.... Personally, spiritually, and emotionally life couldn't be better...and a big day to celebrate all that joy is my July 4th wedding day.

    I purchased my dress already (size 14 ) so I'm assuming that if I reach anywhere near my goal...I'll be paying for some major alterations. Nonetheless, I'd rather feel healthy and confident on the big day and pay if I must.

    I'd like to support you all and I look forward to doing so!

    BETTYBOOP- Welcome!! I have been there and done that with my ex-hubby also so I know exactly how u felt! Although I will not be re-marrying any time soon! Good Luck and usually the headaches go away after the first week or 2 so if u get them again, dont stop until you have tried it for a few wks...The side effects can be kinda strong at first k?

    In general I just haven't been feeling with it lately. I have spurts of awesome and it goes away. I keep kitting all kinds of odd hurdles that I never had before. Odd to say that after being on (and off, I mix it up always) phen for over a year. Things that used to work just don't now. I have been stuck in a platue a few times before but this seems never ending, like I finally hit the whole rollercoaster idea of weight loss where it keeps going up and down. Maybe I'm most frustrated because I have almost a whole wardrobe waiting for me that I can almost fit. I bought different things when they were on sale, and when my weight was going down more steady. Who knows. I think the weather changing and my very odd sleeping habits have not helped matters any. I just feel tired a lot, and even after letting myself sleep a lot, I still never felt like I got enough sleep. I'm sure at that point I had gotten too much.

    I am finding trouble finding lasting motivation, even here. I read about people's successes and it used to make me feel all fired up to do it too,but now it stops at just being happy for others. It is almost as if I somehow decided I can't do it, even though I keep trying to think that I can. Logically that doesn't make sence, because not only do I know I can, I've already proven it to myself, so what's the darn problem?

    I think too, with the amount of new people (read: people I don't recognize) here, I feel kind of sad. I miss some of the old people like MsWoo who always had all these ideas and tips and was always trying out new things. She wasn't the only one, but thinking about that made me realize that the tips and ideas was really a big part for me that I just don't really see here as often anymore. Not that encouraging one another is bad, but I really like to hear about what people do and try. Some examples would be: taking certain vitamins (what and why), drinking water with lemon in it, ideas for food especially easy ideas, weight loss aid products: such as the body bug or others, exercises and ways people keep it from being boring, and so on. I know there are some things still, I come across here and there, but it seems to me like there used to be more. Maybe it was because there used to be more -new- things to me because I hadn't been doing this for as long. I'm really not sure.

    Anyway, how do I say, I'm just not feeling the magic anymore. I guess its why visiting the forum, even to lurk, isn't even part of my everyday anymore like it used to be. Maybe that's just another part of my motivational slump. I don't know I haven't given up though, that's not really an option with as many things as I've changed in my habits and lifestyle over the past year.

    Obesity runs in my family on my father's side too. I know some people discard heredity as an excuse, but come on, I look just like him (lots of similar features), I'm the same shape even, just female. I'm not sure what he weighs, but he's a big guy, and my grandfather also the same. My grandfather was still alive last I knew (long story which I don't know all of) and he was in his late 70's or early 80's. My father is in his 50's now, and very healthy and active just as my grandfather.
    Regardless of the weight's seeming lack of effect on health, I can completely understand this concern that you have. I don't want to be that big. I was ~360 at my heighest weight and I know my father is bigger than I was. I worry for his health, his back, his well-being etc. I've been trying to (somewhat successfully) get my parents to start eating better, but yeah. I can really only control myself, and for me the health thing is an important factor. I found that being female, I experienced something they didn't: I have horrible hormonal imbalance issues due to my size. The more fat you have the more estrogen you produce, and too much is not good. Too much also helps you gain weight, retain water, and other fun things that make losing more of a challenge.

    Anyway I just wanted to say to you directly that I can relate to you, and I believe you will have great success. Doing it for all the right reasons doesn't make it feel any easier but it does keep me going. Besides, knowing genetics is against you, success is even sweeter.

    ugh that whole car incident is horrible, I know how you feel, because well I hate to drive. When I was in college, I parked in a lot in what I thought was a great spot, it was fairly near the building I needed to go to. There was a half spot next to me that was next to a big dumpster. It was not a parking spot. I was in the first real parking spot. I came out later, and apparently someone was in a big hurry to get to class, and they forced their car in that half spot. My side mirror was almost touching their car, like maybe 1 inch clearance, and there was no way I was going to be able to get into my drivers side. The car that was parked on the other side of me was also closer than normal. I ended up going through my hatchback, which was very difficult because it didn't hold it self up, and it was heavy. Plus I had a huge backpack to contend with. So when I got into my drivers seat, I opened my door and slammed it into the side of the car that was illegally parked several times. I was so pissed. My car was a huge piece of junk and I didn't care, but theirs was much nicer (although not new). It made me feel better, but yeah, I can completely understand your rage and frustration. That has nothing to do with Phen!
    Also I wanted to say gratz on your losses, you're kicking butt.
    I do not condone the use of any online websites to purchase Phentermine without a prescription. As far as I know this is illegal. I obtain mine only through my doctor.

    Okay so the good news first... I weighed in at 198.0 this morning and lost .7lbs. go me. So a good day went to crap really fast.. My 4yr old baby girl wasnt feeling well and said that her ear is bothering her. So anyhow to make a long story short, I took her to the doctor and She has a bad ear infection, pnemonia (which i just thought she had a cold) and a really red and irritated throat. So they gave her 2 shots and said if by tomorrow she isnt a little better they will admit her to the hospital, but because her oxygen and heart rate were good she could come home today as long as we push fluids.We will see what happens tomorrow morning when we go back to the doc. So...Today really isnt my day.

    I hope you all are having a better day then me.

    Hey everyone! Hope you are all having a great day. Today wasn't so hot for me. I ate out last night (O'Charleys) and I was soooo careful. Looked up all my calories before I went and all. I think they underestimated the calorie count, because I was up .2 this morning

    Made me so mad! If I was gonna gain, I would have rather ate what I want and not something low calorie! LOL

    Oh well, I have time to make up for it tonight. My kiddos will be visiting their auntie. What is on my agenda tonight???

    Hope I can do it without passing out LOL! I think its do-able if I spread it all out.

    Thanks Tex. Ok so ry hasnt eaten anything (except a small bowl of pasta last night) in 3 days and now she told me she wants mcdonalds for dinner. lol. I told her i will let her have it because.. well i feel bad for her. Temptation. Now I dont know what to do for dinner... any suggestions?

    I had to have a hemorrhoid removed ( the joys of motherhood ) on monday
    i have been in bed getting lots of rest and had help with the kids so i am healing really well
    I have a drs appt on wednesday and hopefully ill have the all clear to start working out again. * thankfully the scale is not going up this week so thats a good thing atleast *

    Wink Evening Ladies!!!

    You know...for a short week...it just seemed a LOT LONGER!!! UGH...only downside!!

    My friend Julie from work and I are going to go see "The Blind Side" tomorrow! I'm so excited! Hubby is taking rugrat to his mommy's house...so I'll have a day of FREEDOM!!! He gets them often, but I rarely do! So it'll be SO NICE! I don't think she knows I'm not coming! OH WELL...

    Well...I worked out on the Fit tonight. I think I'm going to start going by that scale. It's kinda fishy that my scale in my bathroom isn't moving or is going up, but the Fit is going down?!?!? I always have both of them in the exact same spots, so it's really weird! So from here on out, I'm going with it! It said I was down to 179.8!!! WOOT WOOT!!! I've lost 15.2lbs so far! I weighed myself before I even got my clothes on to work out and it said I was 287!! WTH??? So heck with that stupid scale!

    DoNiSe2009...you look AMAZING!! You're certainly doing it right! Need to pass on what you're eating/doing....besides the hemorrhoids! Sorry dear! I hope you feel better!!!!

    ryleighsmommy15...hope you found something for dinner! It's so hard when everywhere we look is food CALLING OUR NAMES!!! AHHHH

    hey ladies!

    krys- i worked at ocharleys when i was in college.. with their food it's hard to make good choices! i mean u have to go really simple like grilled chicken or fish (no butter) and brocoli with no butter.. that's about the only way i know to stay under 4 or 5 hundred calories there.

    ry- hope ur baby gets better soon! it's he11 when they're sick.. kaylee has been fussy ALL day! she was at her memaw's a few days ago and she smashed her finger and it bruised under the fingernail.. i didn't think anything about it but today her whole fingernail came off. i know it's sore but geez!

    poison- the blind side is the BEST movie i've seen in a LONG time!! u might need to check the batteries in ur bathroom scale if it's digital.. if those batteries get low it gives u crazy weights before it just goes completely dead.. i have no idea why.

    i'm so proud i've been to the gym EVERY day this week!!

    Hopeful Heather - I read your post and I am so sorry that you have been down lately. I would love to have more tips and things on here too. You know, you have been doing this longer than many of us "newbies" and so maybe you have some tips you could share every so often? Maybe that would help with the newbies and refresh your memory and get you boosted? I would so love to see what you have done to lose all that weight! I am so proud of you and you are an inspiration to us.


    Tex - Krys - I am not doing the greatest. I've had so much to do the last few days that I haven't worked out as hard as I have been. My mother is moving to Louisiana so I've been helping her pack and everything. Then today we have to go load her van up with all of her stuff. Sooo, really not much time to get "extra" exercise in. Glad to see you two are doing great!!!

    HONEY- Moving is a LOT of work too ya know!!?? Thats good exercise in itself! SO dont fret about it right now...If u were just sitting on ur butt all day, then I would get on you since YOU were the one that wanted these 17lbs gone ASAP! But, ur helping someone out AND exercising at the same time so u r doing awesome in my book

    HOPEFUL- Reading ur post made me so sad, but I have NOTHING to offer you when it comes to new ideas I wish I did...Im still learning from other ppl right now as well so Im clueless on what to do other than eat right and exercise! lol Keep ur chin up though k?

    ETHANSMOMMY- U go girl!! Every day hah?? Good job! Last night was the first night in like 10+ days that I actually DIDNT exercise, but it wasnt that I didnt want to, it was becuz I had company over and it was late by the time they left so oh well...

    POISON- I only go by my wii weight becuz my bathroom scale, which is on a flat hard surface, is acting weird...sometimes it says I've lost 3lbs or even gained weight, and then the wii stays steady and consistent with my weight so instead of getting all worked up and confused, I just stick to the wii...plus it keeps track of ur weight loss for you so its even better! I DID make a mistake the other night though on it lol I met my first goal that I had set on my wii so I needed to set a new one and well, I accidentally told my wii that I wanted to GAIN 15lbs, and not LOSE 15lbs lol I didnt notice till this morning when it told me I needed to GAIN 16.5lbs to reach my goal lmao! Ugh and I dont know how to change it till it asks me if I want to ya know?? Sooo annoying,but oh well! lol

    RYRY- Hey, as long as Ry is ASKING for food, then I would give her whatever FATTENING food she wants right now lol At least she wants to eat Oh BTW, u are about to smash ur goal! U r doing awesome so keep up the good work!

    Anyways, I weighed in this morning at 226.4lbs!! for a loss of 1.1lbs today!! YAY!! So I have lost 9.5lbs of the 17lbs we gotta lose now, so 7.5lbs to go!! That might be kinda hard seeing that I only have 8 days left! lol Hopefully I/WE can do this!! I want to be at 225lbs by monday, so thats my goal for this week...So, me and my man are going to see LEGION tonite!!! I cant wait...We rarely get date night due to my kids, so I look forward to these little outtings...We have been together for 16 months now and it couldnt be better...I was kinda afraid that when my boys moved back in with me in Sept of last year that it might strain our relationship, but I think it has more than anything, strengthened it Sometimes I'll ask him if he wants to come over AFTER I put the boys to bed becuz they love to wrestle with him, but he always says something like "what if I WANT to wrestle with them??" lol He is awesome Anyways, Im babbling so I'll stop now lol Have a good weekend ladies!!

    So I didnt think I was doing that great until I started actually tracking my weight on here... and wow, why didnt I do it sooner? Its really encouraging!

    I also figured out how to add a picture on here! The sad thing? This picture is a year old... I do not think I have a picture of myself since getting pregnant with my second... and I have NO pictures of he and I together since being born.

    Im so sick of being the one taking the pictures and not being in them!!!!! I guess thats a normal thing for people to do when they feel like crap about themselves.

    Anyway-

    I am so happy that u r still around, cause ur such a inspiration to me and sooo many others! I love love to read ur posts and I miss them alot! I no it's so hard to stay motivated especially when we have both lost alot of weight and have been here a longgg time but the way I stay so motivated and happy is by helping all these new friends thro their struggles and ups n downs, I feel so honored to b here and able to do this! Cause I have gone thro it all myself and things that helped me make it through 2009 will now help someone else make it through 2010!!! They need us here and need our support and all our little tips of things that helped us just like we had from all the senior phensters when we come here!! I miss sooo many of the older girls to but sometimes people just gotta move on! I have my days when I just want to give up especially since I'm at a weight i'm totally comfortable with right now! But honest to god me starting my accountability thread and meeting some wonderful girls have really kept me in here this year! I am going thro alot right now, and was falling a part but I am happy to say with all the over whelming support and care I have received latley from ( all the new phensters) and my Mary Mary I am back on track and ready to get thro another year!!! I see this as a never ending big family cause every day and every year we will have hundreds of new phriends joining and I plan to stick around to give them support! Heather, u have done an amazing job and I no ur going to get thro this struggle u r battling, I'm here for u always and will help in any way I can just as u have helped me many of times!     Default Why Good Afternoon Fellow Phensters!!

    HOWDY HOWDY GIRLIES!!!

    My friend and I went and saw the Blind Side...it was AWESOME! It was only 5 bucks since it was the matinee! So that was good, too! BUT...we went to The Cheesecake Factory for lunch. I'm not gonna feel bad because I've not had a bad meal in over a week and sometimes something bad tends to kickstart my weightloss again...so we'll see. I'm sure tonight's weight on the Fit will be bad, but hey..at least I'm still at it! I didn't finish my meal and she and I split a piece of cheesecake AND I took the smaller half! So all in all...for being ME, I did REALLY well!!!!

    Betty...2-3 a week is normal! But I am right there with ya! I want it to be NOW!! LOL Instant gratification!!!! LOL

    Tex...that's so great you found a guy like that! It's hard sometimes and it just brings to ease when they WANT to be with you AND the kids!!! I'm sure it's hard! It says a lot about him!! I'm not sure how to change the goals, either! I know it yelled at me and basically told me I wasn't going to make my goal and asked if I wanted to change it...lol. Makes you feel GREAT, huh...LOL. I don't even remember what I set for my goal! LOL

    Anyway, I think I'm gonna go catch up on some DVR'd stuff and then work out on the Fitt this afternoon AND this evening! try and do it twice! That'll help!!!!
