Maybe it depends on what your hungriest time of day is. For me, it's the middle of the day. So I take my phen about an hour or two hours AFTER breakfast and it controls my middle-of the-day appetite just fine, and I'm still not very hungry later. however, I'm SO not hungry at dinner time that occasionally I eat too little and then wake up in the middle of the night with a growling stomach. so sometimes it's necessary to have a little protein before I go to bed.

Oh and I had this plan that I was going to start lvl2 of the shred last night and right after I was to do the lvl2, I was going to also do lvl1 to get a really good intense workout. Yea, that sooooo did not happen! lol I have never even seen what lvl2 looked like until last night and boy is that hardcore...I have carpel tunnel in BOTH wrists so doing push-ups or any move that involves my wrists supporting a lot of my weight is very painful and difficult for me...I tried though and ended up having to go to my elbows for support..but anyways, when I finished lvl2, there was no way in heck that I was going to be able to do lvl1 as well lol Give me a few days and I will try again, but not last night lol So instead I ran for 20 min on the wii and did other exercises too...
I have lost 4.1lbs of the 17lbs we gotta lose!! lol 12.9 to go!!! hahah That just SOUNDS crazy...2 wks left!! We got this!!












, and I'm looking to push that number to 180lbs. I've been fighting a pretty rough losing battle to the tune of 100lbs due to injury and thyroid issues over the last few years, and it ****s because all I've wanted to do is get back down to my old size. I've always struggled with my weight (I'm what many folks considered a "thick" girl), but bottom line is that from my early teens I've never been a toothpick, and never will be. I just want to be healthy.
