Hello All-
I need some advise.. I am currently taking weekly lipotropic shots and 37.5 Phen. I just finished my second week on Phen this past Wednesday. The first 5 days were great, I even lost 5 pounds. I just came from my 2nd weigh in today and the scale went up 2 pounds!! ARRRGH!! I am at a loss for words. I work out 4-5 days of week ( currently in school pursuing a dance career) So I dance for 3 hours each day Modern/Ballet.. I am drenched when I am done so I know I am working out hard but why am I gaining weight. The nurse seems to think that I am not eating enough calories... To be honest I eat two meals a day and this normally makes me full, I havent been eating "bad" food... She also says that I may be gaining muscle.. I dont know what to do at this point, she wants me to increase my calorie intake ..but I thought the key to losing weight was to decrease calories and exercise..I feel as though my body is toning up but I would like to lose FAT!! Help!!!

LOL I eat 5x a day. It can be something as little as a yogurt or an apple. But put SOMETHING into your body. On average, I eat around 1200 calories a day and keep my fat around 30 grams a day.
