I should have updated this on the 2nd, but I have much better news to update today so I'm glad I forgot lol.
As of this morning, my New years gain is gone and I'm down to 153.2, which is my lowest weight yet!
I went to the Dr. this morning and according to his scale I have lost exactly 70 pounds since starting this in September of 2008!!! (only on Phen for 6 out of 15 months) I was stoked. The Dr. and nurse went on and on about how great I look and how good I am doing with the exercise and everything.
My husband I then proceeded to the mall where I tried on a size 10 pair of jeans just for shits and giggles. No intention to purchase because we are broke and I really needed bras. THEY FIT GREAT!! I knew I could easily get a 10 on but they gave me muffin top so I would never wear them. Today NO MUFFIN TOP! There was actually even some extra room in them.
I could not possibly have had a better day but then I did! My husband had a big beer with his lunch and forgot we drove the jeep (standard) which I cannot drive. So, we had to kill time while he sobered up and we went to another store just browsing when he saw a nice sexy underwear and bra set he liked. he had me try it on and well, we spent more $$ than we should have! Not only did it fit but I have to say I looked pretty good in it.
With the day going as it was I was super motivated to work out so when i got home I did! A total of about 2.5 hours of exercise today, not counting all the shopping time. An hour of it was sled riding but it all counts!
So other than new Years Eve, my calories/day have maintained about 1200. I have kept up with my minimum of 3, starting this week 4 days of exercise a week and my weight is still dropping! Now I'm really looking forward to seeing what the scale says next week!
