    OMG! You look sooo young! I actually had to go back up and read to see if that was ur high school pic. I SWEAR!!! I think the weight your at looks PERFECT for you! Those jeans look great too.

    How awesome to go rock climbing... I drive by an indoor rock climbing place all the time and wonder if I would enjoy doing something like that.

    Juniors tops are smaller, I think its bc they dont expect "juniors" to have much in the boob department. and the pants bc of the hips and how they widen after puberty and having children. At least thats my opinion on it.

    I will tell him you said thanks. Its always good to have compliments. I cant wait to show him your new pic! LOL

    I was very muscular in my lower body. I played softball and ran. I was never "skinny" its just not the way Im built... and Im ok with that. I still have a lot of the muscle tone in my lower body thats why when I was told 125-130 was my "perfect" weight I was like "uh no. I have that in just muscle in my legs" LOL Not quite that much but they are solid. and I know they wont get very small bc I have only lost 4 inches in my thighs and 2 in my calfs. compared to 10 inches at the smallest part of my waist and 6.5 at my hips. 6.5 at my belly button and 5.5 off my bust. So most of my weight is in the belly. LOL

    When it all got figured out with what my muscle and all that actually weighs my "perfect" weight is around 165 to put me at the low end of a good BF%.

    Thats a big difference from 125 LOL

    Im am for sure going back to school. I was hoping to start spring this year but thats in like 2 weeks or so. Im waiting till hubby starts that new job, which is "any day" They are waiting to get task orders. I wantto wait bc were not sure if he will be working nights or days bc its a freeway expansion. He will be driving my car bc its cheaper on gas than his dually. With the school Im going to they charge more for a parking pass for a big truck than they would for my corolla. So I dont want to buy the wrong pass. If I buy for my car and end up taking his truck Ill have to "upgrade" my pass, if I take my car but pay for his its a waste. LOL that and this way we will have the extra money for school stuff.

    I have about a year of pre-rec's to do than I can apply for their Physicians Assistant program which is only a 2 year program. Im super excited.

    Im glad its going so great for you! I cant wait to see your old pics later...

    I know what you mean about the ideal weight. My Dr. thought I'd be done at 150 and in cloths I do like the way I look, but underneath I have lots of flabby fatty skin, so I know I have at least 10 pounds more to lose. According to the BMI charts my ideal weight is 119 which is a 22% BF. The high end of normal is 135 so that's what I'm going to aim for unless I get rid of all the flab before then lol. I am suprised to still have the flab at this weight though.

    You look GREAT. I mean that. You look so much smaller now and more toned overall. My hubby says WOW he sees the difference Never would guess you were over 130lbs. Even your face looks smaller than than you swim pic.

    You are much hotter now too. LOL

    Well, another week without any loss in weight I am happy that I can say I am still losing inches, but it's such a better feeling to see the scale drop. My weight today is exactly the same as it was last week. I find that very strange too. I would at least expect a tiny drop or tiny increase but no, it's EXACTLY the same!

    This weeks loss of inches is 5 3/4. The areas I measure it's actually a loss of 9 1/4 but I measure my belly area in four different places because they are all a little different. The way my belly is shaped is: it's smaller up top and then I have a top roll, then where my belly button is it's a little smaller, then I have a bottom roll, LOL! With that said, I am only counting the loss of inches in one area of my belly, which is at my belly button. So overall I lost 5 3/4 inches over my entire body this week.

    I was exercising a lot this week. My cardio time was 4 hours this week, and I also did a lot of strength training this week too. I also got my total gym on Wednesday so I have been using it too. I love it!

    I started my new job this week too! I'm really excited about it, but it takes a lot of time up. At least I still have weekends though!

    Congrats on the inches loss Maria.....That's amazing! You do know that since you still lost inches that you lost fat and gained muscle and that they just balanced each other out. I know that once you get used to seeing the scale go down it's hard when it stops. Just keep working out and you will keep seeing that inches number drop. Maybe that's what you need to concentrate on now. I'm down 9 lbs since last Friday and I', really excited about that. I can't wait unti lI can concentrate on inches instead of lbs! You are doing SUCH a great job Girl.....I'm SO proud of you! *HUGS*

    Oh...And congrats on the new job!

    Holy sh it almost 6 inches! Thats great progress. Bet your muscles are getting big! Even if they arent showing all the way yet.

    I bet ur losing fat and gaining muscle which is why the scale isnt moving. Staying the same is great btw. At least your not movin on up! LOL I kinda sang that as I typed it. Your doing great Maria! I know it gets frustrating not seeing the scale move tho. But the inches are coming off!

    BTW I measure a bunch of different spots on my belly too. Right now my hip, below my BB and at my BB are all the same. Better than all different like they use to be. They use to be like an inch apart. I have a higher BB than some so btwn my hip and BB there is a lot of space. HAHA Maybe its just the roll making the space look bigger? Ehh who knows.

    Your doing GREAT! Im so proud!!!!! Your body is molding itself now.

    I was telling myself the same thing, but I'mm be honest it does help to hear you all say it too

    The scale finally moved today!!!! It's not my weigh in day so I'm not changing my stats, but the scale dropped so I had to tell you! I weighed myself like 10 times in a row this morning cause I was trying to get a good balance on the wii lol. The first time it said I was the same 147.9, but ALL the other times it was down. it ranged though lol. It ranged from 147.7-147.1. So a loss of somewhere between 0.2 and 0.8! i saved the 0.2 loss cause I figured if I lost more, it will make me feel better tomorrow LOL! I only weighed in at the samw 147.9 weight once out of all the 10 times and Most of the time it said 147.5, but once it said 147.1 and a couple times 147.7 so i went with that!

    No matter what, I'm sure it's down some FINALLY!!! maybe I will break past the platue now...If not, I'm still ok with losing inches. My muslces are really getting big. It's not easy to see them yet, but I can feel them all over my entire body, legs, arms and abs!!

    LOL at the scale... I did that this morning too! Ive gotta get on the wii and see too.

    Big muscles? Dang girl how much are you using that total gym? LOL Keep it up. Congrats on the move down! a loss is a loss no matter what it is.

    Have you been touchin your muscles? I do... haha its been so long since Ive been able to feel them Im surprised theyre there sometimes.

    You still kinda sorta following the mayo thing? Did you lose any inches last week? I cant wait to hear how many you lose this week. Make sure you post to let me know!

    Just a suggestion every month or 2 you should try and recreate your swim pic... Even if you dont post them Im sure you will see a difference for yourself.

    Just another little update

    I finally moved the scale this week!!! I am only down 0.2, and 1.25 inches but since the scale had not moved in three weeks, It was great to see it down today even if only a tiny little bit

    I was down 0.9 for the week but yesterday it was back up I would really like to see 146.? by next weet so I'm going to have fun and cheat a little tonight (it's my V-day celebration day) and then I'm going to be very good for the rest of the week! That's my goal. I want to weigh 146.9 at the very most by next saturday. I really hope I can do it

    Default Week 2 ~ 2/20/10

    Well I gained this week My weight is still up 1.1 pounds from my Valentines Day Celebration. I worked out 5 days this week and although I didn't eat perfect, I didn't have any "bad" days since Valentine's day. I did measure myself and I lost inches so I'm ok with the gain for the week. I also think I am retaining water because my muscles are sore from my work out last night. AND, I had to weigh myself 2 hours earlier than most Saturdays because we are going to Pittsburgh to watch Monster Jam today. I plan to be very good and not eat ANY of the concession stand junk. Since I have a long drive ahead of me I don't have time to catvh up on the reading of everyone elses posts but I will do that on Sunday when I get home. I hope everyone else is doing great!

    I am going to steal your idea and start myself a thread

    You look and are doing great! I totally get you on the bras. I wear a 40ddd/f. I HATE it. The only bras I can find that fit are the ones that are in the boxes from JC Penneys. I can't wear underwire anymore because I just can't find ones that fit. I want to wear cuter bras that don't cost so much! All thru highschool I was a 38d and three kids later the cup size just keeps going up. My goal is after I have lost wt down to minimum in the 150s to get a consult on a breast reduction.

    Anyways Keep up the good work!

    Also, I love your hair..the color is too cute!

    Better than being up 3! Im sure you could be retaining you have been working those muscles! Have you done a BF% with one of those electro- something or another hand held thingys? I think Im gonna check into buying one. I wonder if they have one at a sporting goods store I can mess with... Im gonna check into that. I know on ebay you can get a goo one for about $20...

    Cant wait to hear how much fun you had! Hope you did good too!

    This week I am back down to that same old number 147.9! I did see 147.7 on a weigh in day and on an in between day i was down to 147.0 once so in my opinion I am still up I also did not lose any inches this week i didn't gain any either so that's a good thing!     I have been promising to do this and so I finally did. I am posting pictures here now of what I look like with clothes and what I look like without clothes. I have lost a lot of weight, and I am a lot smaller than I was but what many people around me don't realize is that I still have a long way to go. I took the belly pictures today 2/27/10! I am hoping that these pictures will encourage me to keep focused on my goal of having a flat stomach. I will say that I did not **** anything in for these pictures. I let everything hang out naturally. If posting these here does not work to keep me focused than I will post them to my signature so that everyone will see them everytime I post something. That should encourage me LOL.

    Ugh! I forgot I posted those nasty pictures! I needed to see it though so I'm glad I did!

    I am not updating my weight this week cause I have no idea what it really is! I will be sure to update next Saturday though! Hubby and I decided to not eat out anymore than once a week from now on and were diposing of any and all junk food tomorrow so things should in theory get a little easier around here!!

    OK my update...since I have not done it for a while! I am down to 146.6! I am doing very well exercising but not too great in the eating department. I decided tonight I am going to try my best to change that as well. I was watching the biggest loser tonight and saw mama sherry and she weighs 138 pounds!! I think if she can do that than so can I!! I need to be more disciplined. I have been at this for a long time and I have lost a lot of weight but if I am ever going to have the body i want I need to eat better food overall. I have a hard time cutting out the food I was raised on though. I guess I will just have to work at it!

    You can definitely do it! Food is the hard part for everyone. I swear if I could get away with it Id eat a big ole serving of pasta... My weakness!

    How are your inches coming along?

    Your doing great and havent given up. Thats an accomplishment itself.

    Over the last two weeks I have not had a change in inches or weight! i really have been maintaining. It's really fustrating because I do really good for almost the whole week and then on the weekend its all down hill! So I gain 3 pounds on the weekend and then bust my butt to lose it all before weigh in day just to gain it again on the weekend! I can't seem to get out of this slump! It's driving me mad. I really really really want to be in the 130's before my family reunion. They have seen pics of me on facebook so they know I've lost a lot but I really want to blow them away you know? I'd like to be able to look awsome in a swim suit by then!! I was so proud of myself today though cause I didn't touch the candy at work, I even had my hand in the bag but pulled it out and slapped it LOL

    Hey everyone! So here is what is up with me this week!

    I have lost 2 inches in my mid section which I am stoked about! Also the scale has finally moved too! I am down to 145.8! Thats a loss of 2.1 pounds since going off Phen 2 months ago! As you can see it's much slower now, but the inches are coming off faster and I know I am building muscle and doing it right and it will last a lifetime this way.

    I would LOVE to be down to goal by the time I graduate (MAY 8th) but that means losing 10 pounds in 1 1/2 months which is highly unlikey!!! I am not going to dilute myself into thinking I can do it because I will just be fustrated when I don't make it. Instead, my goal is to be 139.9 by graduation day! That means I do need to lose at a faster rate than I have been but I think if I work a little harder I can do it. I have been under a ton of stress the last 2 months which hasn't helped. I have finally got things under control so I think I can move the scale a little more than I was.

    I cannot think of ANY celebrations from now until then so there shouldnt be any excuse for major bad days after today (My son's birthday)! I plan to lose 1 pound a week which means I should be at 138.8 so 139.9 gives me some wiggle room in my goal! I will be updating much more often too!

    Well, I have back tracked a little My weight is up a total of 5.6 pounds!! This gain has been over the last two weeks so it is my goal to be back down to my lowest weight of 145.4 in two weeks! I am setting new goals for myself today to reach that goal.

    Mini goal 1 ~ Weigh 148 by 5/8/10
    Mini goal 2 ~ weigh 145.4 by 5/15/10
    Mini goal 3 ~ Weigh 144 by 5/22/10
    Mini goal 4 ~ Weigh 143.5 by 5/29/10

    This starts today!

    Well I am happy to update my progress today!!

    I am down to 140.6!!! This is officially my lowest weight since like Junior High!! That is more than 15 years ago!!! I am so happy

    This also means that I have lost about 10 pounds since my last update on this thread. I lost the weight I was up, and even more

    My new goal is to be down to 139.9 by next Saturday June 12th! I can't wait to see that 3!!

    I am so close to my ultimate goal!!

    It's funny to think back when I first started taking Phen back in September of 2008 I set a goal of 150! Then I changed it to 140 and now it's 135. I did hear that you should set your goal 5 pounds lower than where you want to actually be so you have a 5 pound safety net and because many people will put on 5 pounds fast after stopping Phen. That would mean I would have to get to 130. I'll see how I feel when I get to 135 at this point lol. However, I would only have 10 more to go to get there and I have 2 months to make it!

    I don't normally update my thread before my weigh in day, but I am so happy today that I have to update it! I doubt I lost any weight this week because I have not been being very good, but after what happended today I am perfectly ok with that!

    Today I had my BF% measured professionally for the first time ever and it was done by hospital techs with their big electric machine that they said was the second most accurate method in the world (beat only by the water method)!

    Well....It said my BF% was only 26.3%!!! That's only 1.3% above Normal!! They said I only have 1% of excess BF and that means I only need to lose 3 more pounds to be considered NORMAL!! I have NEVER been normal EVER!! I know it's the high end of normal, but it is still normal and that makes me very happy!

    I started this journey weighing 224 pounds!! I have lost more than 80 pounds and I am happier than I have ever been!!
