    Question I need some guidance....

    Hey everyone! Everyone is looking great!

    I used to take phentermine 30 for about a year, and I stopped taking it in May. I got down to 221 from 280, but now I am back up to 242! I do not know where to begin! I feel so depressed and angry at myself that I have allowed myself to go back to where I was.

    Is it safe for me to start phentermine again? Have I had a long enough break from it? I also purchased a gym membership in October, but I havent been since the first of November, partly due to school, and the fact I didnt see any results when I was going. How do you know what you need to do?? I seem to be lost on much of this, I need some guidance.......

    First step is to get back on the Phent. I think you have had a good break and sound ready for a new start. Keep checking the posts as I find these keep me motivated and on track. Drink your water, make wise food choices and you will be just fine!! It is great to see those pounds drop away. This is a notoriously difficult time of the year..so take "The bull by the horns" start right now and by spring you will be feeling and looking great!! Don't procrastinate...in 6 weeks time you will be able to look back and feel so proud of what you have achieved!! I find I can not exercise when I first start but as time goes by my energy increases and exercise becomes easier and I have an greater desire to do more. Go for it, good luck and keep us posted!!     First, stop beating yourself up, accept where you are start with the next meal by making healthy food choices and drinking plenty of water.

    I found that trying to start everything (diet, exercise, water) all at the same time is too overwhelming and it doesn't last. You need to take it one step at at time.

    Now, start with making the appointment to get a new script for Phen. If you can't get it right away start by making healthy food choices and walking at least 30 min a day.

    It's great that you joined a gym and now that you are paying for it, you should work it into your schedule by making an appointment with yourself to go to the gym. It does get easier and starting now would be the best thing you can do for yourself.

    Nikkiipurple is right - the holidays are the worst but you get through it - every year. By starting now, you will already have a jumpstart on that New Year's resolution of losing weight - again.
