What ideas do you have on how to drink more water? I'm finding it very hard to drink as much water as I should be. I'm not a big water person, the only time I really "crave" water is during/after working out. Other than that I don't drink it much. I know I need to be drinking a lot more, because I'm probably only drinking about 32 oz. per day right now. I also don't want to use a lot of those crystal light or other drink additives for a few reasons, mainly cost and all the artificial sweeteners they contain. So, if you have any ideas on how I can up my intake, I'm all ears!
