Hello everyone,
For those who dont know me, my name is Aly and I have been on this journey since July of 08, I have had my ups and downs since then. I lost approx. 50 lbs on phen, the last few lbs were lost and gained a few times. Now I am 7 weeks pregnant, and find myself bingeing like crazy, naturally I am craving the foods I shouldnt eat and giving into them anyways. I need help figuring out some quick, healthy filling meals that are healthier, but still appeal to a pregnant womans taste (im not craving veggies like crazy lol) I have gained about 10 lbs since I found out about the pregnancy 3 weeks ago, granted each of my breast weighs about as much as a brick, I still dont need to be gaining 10 lbs every month for the next 8 months. My clothes are snug as it is if they fit at all! I come home after working 9 hours and the will to make food is zip! I want to go straight to bed or the couch. Any ideas on what to make?
Also if anyone has any modern maternity wear that they no longer want, and fits me, I would glady take it. I was wearing 14/16, but im probably in 16/18s now, xl shirts. I hate getting hand me downs maternity wear from grandparents, I still want to look like a human being.
