question for those that have gone off phen and then back on

I have been off phen for nearly 6 months now and have kept the weight off. Yah me!! But have restarted up again to prepare for my wedding in Feb. I was wondering for those that have stopped and restarted, what the effects were? Quick results, slow and steady, or few results? I have 11 lbs to lose till I am in my "normal" weight range and would love to be there for my wedding day.

I went off Phen and lost another 7 pounds! I stayed off for 9 months and started back on again! I have since lost about another 24 pounds. (total loss 61.5lbs) It has worked for me this time just as good if not better then it did last time. I did add in a lot of exercise though. The first time on Phen I didn't exercise at all. I started exercising the day I stopped taking Phen the first time. I have made sure to exercise at least 3-5 days a week this time aound and it has really made a big diffrence not just in weight but body size also. I know I have lost many more inches this time around too.
