    Default How I lost 11lbs in a week

    I just wanted to share a little success story with everyone and how I did it. Just a little info about my Phen " journey ". I have been taking Phen since July of this year. Since then I have lost a total of 40lbs. My SW was 282 and I'm now down to 242!! During the first month while I was on phen I lost about 15lbs using phen and over the next two months I lost another 15lbs. I was getting a little discouraged because my weight lost slowed down and decided talked with my doctor. She suggested that I stop taking phen for a little while and get it completely out of my system then start up again. She gave me a 30 day supply and told me to take a whole pill everyday in the morning before breakfast for 3 weeks like normal and then when I only had 7 pills left to cut them in 1/2 and take only 1/2 a pill everyday for a week then stop and stay off of them for a month. So I did as she said and last week I started using Phen again. I have already lost 11lbs in just 7 days. Phen is working a little better then it did the 1st time I used it. I have a lot of energy, I'm not always hungry or thinking about food and the weight is just coming off. I was really surprised that it worked this well again. Anyway just wanted to share my little story with everyone. I hope you girls ( and guys) are doing really good with your weight loss and wish everyone the best of luck.     Wow, that's really interesting to hear. Congrats on your weight loss success!

    I guess people who take it for a longer period than 3 months start to get used to the effects. So, it's good to know that you can come back with full force just by stopping it for a little bit. Did you lose any weight that month you were off of it?

    I too have been on Phen since July. Well, the end of July actually. But, I just wanted to say that I plateau every 20lbs for about a week. What gets me out of it, is eating MORE for a couple of days. I usually have a big loss that next week.

    However, and I'm not trying to be a downer, it is physically impossible to lose 11lbs of fat in one week. Which means you lost fat, water, muscle etc. You would of had to burn 38,500 calories (1lbs of fat has 3,500 calories) to lose 11lbs of fat.

    I do wish you a TON of success. Just be careful. I don't think yo-yoing with the phen is an ideal way to do it...but then, I'm not a dr.

    Hi,
    I lost 3lbs during the month I was off phen then I had a family member pass away and went down hill and gained the 3lbs back.

    Im not sure if it is water weight or not that I lost. We will just have to see. I usally drink at least 100oz of water a day so it very well may have just been water weight. Either way thats 11lbs less then what I was at. I dont care if it was water weight or weight from my big toe. Ill take what I can get! lol

    LOL, I totally get what you are saying here...trust me! I've thought about cutting my hair to see how much more I'd lose.

    Sounds like a great ideal to me! I may try that.... I know the weight comes off a whole lot slower the closer you get to ur goal. But, I'm doing everything right including going to the gym 5-6 times a week, usually burning between 700-1000 cal. each time and I'm lucky if I can loose a pound a week!:/ IDK! errr! just gets frustrating if u know what i mean. This is the second time i've been on phen. and have found that it's alot harder the second time to loose the weight. The first time was about 5 yrs ago and i lost a ton of weight... prob is.. i rele didn't do it the right way and gained all of it back plus some. But, this time i've been on it since the middle of March and trying to learn the right way so I don't have to go thr this again! I'm sure it also has alot to do with my age too!

    (start phen) 4/8- 202
    CW 12/30 -153lbs.
    CW 01/02/10 - 151lbs.
    GW 140-135lbs. maybe lower i'll see when i get there.

    Well, i didn't get to my goal by of 140 by Feb. 2nd. But, i'm okay with that! I am still working out 4-5 times a week and, eating healthy. I am at a healthy bmi and feel great!
    I am still loosing but, slowly. Around 1lb. per week. But, that's okay too! I'm happy with my progress so far.

    Your welcome for the tip. Maybe it can help. Let me know how it goes with you. My Doctor said its okay to do it to but you have to slowing stop taking phen ( cut them in 1/2) and not just stop one day then get back on them. Good luck.
