I think it would be a benfit to be on phen bcz of the energy pop... just make sure you're getting enough nutrition so you dont burn yourself out.

It should be fine. Phen may raise your heartbeat before you train so if you are pushing yourself to the limit keep that in mind. It may make your heart beat faster than it normally would at any given time.

Check your heart rate when training and let that be your guide.

My pre-Phen normal resting heart rate had been in the 60s; occasionally, if I were very peaceful, very still, focusing on breathing in and breathing out, I could deliberately lower it to 58 or 59. Pretty good for a fat girl!

Now my resting heart rate is in the 70s, which is no big deal. But while training for a 5K, my heart rate was going into the 170s which was dangerous. The same exercise pre-Phen caused my heart rate to be in the 150s. I spoke to my doctor about this and he ordered me to give up the running. So be it; I plan to walk the 5K instead.

A half marathon sounds like a good exercise for your heart and legs. To be able to run more than 13 miles sounds really challenging. I am sure that if you take phentermine for a while you know how it affects your heart and other systems of your body. But I still suggest you consulting your doctor before the half marathon trainings. Or you can start your trainings continuing with phentermine and carefully watch yourself (mainly your heart rhythm) during and after the exercises. Good luck on this event! Maybe you will be the winner this year?
