I'm looking for others over 200 lbs who are interested in joining the One-derland Challenge. I haven't weighed under 200 lbs since before my first child was born, but I'm challenging myself to get there (lose 33 lbs) within the next 2-3 months.
Start date is tomorrow, Nov 15th and we'll check in on the 1st and 15th of every month until Feb 15th. We'll focus on eating right, exercising 4-5 times a week, and getting in our water. Nothing against those under 200 lbs, but I'd really like to be surrounded by those in the same weight range, or at least over 200 lbs. So, who will join the challenge?

I'm game....that actually was my goal anyway. I want to be in one-derland for Valentine's Day. Whether I have a date or not...I will treat myself to a spa date.
That means I have 34 lbs to lose. We can do this!!!

I am game for this challenge! I cant wait to get to one-derland
It may take me a little over the set date of 2/15 due to the larger amount to lose (64lbs)... But I would like something to challenge myself and strive for! Also, I like the idea of being surrounded, motivated, and encouraged by others that understand what it feels like to have a 2 at the beginning of our weight and are seeking to achieve the same goal - to make it to One-derland!!! I am so up for this challenge. I managed to sky rocket to 218!!!I'm ready to beat the bulge and get it off ![]() I recently began a new weightloss clinic today and woohoo joined a gym! Thanks for joining everyone, I'm so excited! 32.2 lbs for me (as of this morning), so that's my goal. I was such a bum Friday and Saturday by not doing any exercise, but I'm motivated to get it moving today.
How many glasses of water have YOU had this morning.

I am in....I have about 26 pounds to lose to hit One-derland!! It would be nice to hit it by New Years, but I think that may be a bit unrealistic. Whenever it happens is fine with me.....as long as I am under 200!!! LOL!

I've gotta get my water in. Been playing the Wii for 3 hrs though, so I'm counting that as my exercise for today. I may go walking in a bit since the weather is so nice. Have YOU got in some exercise yet? As a special tip, it's normally easier for folks to work out first thing in the morning, so consider getting up 30 minutes earlier and getting in a good 30 minutes of cardio or 25-30 of strength training.

Wow! I can't remeber being this thirsty the last time I was using phen!
I wonder if the brand has anything to do with it? I am not too sure but my gwash!!! I think I drank quite a bit of water today!!! Yay!!! I think this brand has a much better effect on me this time! Well gals I went to the gym today and got about 50 mins of cardio in! It felt great!!! Is there a specific day of the week we are posting our progress weights??? Please let me know. Thanks!

Yesterday I walked a mile, did an ab video and a stretch video. I drank 6 bottles of water.
Today I have so far had 50oz. I have had a great breakfast of egg beaters, turkey sausage and cinnamon toast! Will be having a snaxk soon. I have to make sure I get at least 1200 cals in. I have trouble with this. Keep up the great work ladies.

Count me in too! I am starting a day late but motivated to get healthy. Thanks for the thread! I have been on/off my diet for months now and need to buckle down and DO IT! This will help me keep motivation to finally lose the weight. I need to lose 47 pounds and if it takes me a little longer than 2/15 thats ok. At least I will get a great start!

I am so glad to feel apart of this challenge! OMG! Lol my scale broke! I am sure that is a GOOD thing! This way I am not obsessing about how much I've lost! Yay!! I will just check in with the clinic on saturday. This might sound crazy but I have noticed my wrists and fingers are not as swollen!!!

Hello everyone! Sorry I've disappeared the last couple of days, but the week has been a rough one and I'm so off track I can hardly keep up with anything. I'm here though and about to catch up with everyone. So, get ready.
I haven't been eating enough or exercising, so sadly things are going slow for me this week. I know what I need to do, so I'm going to get it together and get to moving. Too bad you can't buy motivation. ![]() Pinkkity - congrats on getting your exercise in this week, you are rocking and rolling. I have trouble getting in the calories daily too, so definitely share your tips & recipes if you'd like. Congrats too on 19 lbs down in a month. That is awesome! LeJune - hey again, twin! So glad you're joining in with us and I see you've added it to your sig block. Now we can really keep up with each other. Congrats on making it to 233, now we're really twins as I'm sitting at 232 today. Sorry to hear about the BM issues, but hope you get it resolved soon. MaryMom - hello and welcome! I agree that it'll help with the motivation as we see each other drop the pounds, so thanks for joining. Be sure to check in often to let us know how you're doing. Chiquita - you are funny, girl! Some will say it's a good thing your scale broke so you won't be obsessing over it, but I'd probably cry at this stage of the game (or go buy a new one). Let us know how your check-in goes.
