I'm looking for others over 200 lbs who are interested in joining the One-derland Challenge. I haven't weighed under 200 lbs since before my first child was born, but I'm challenging myself to get there (lose 33 lbs) within the next 2-3 months.
Start date is tomorrow, Nov 15th and we'll check in on the 1st and 15th of every month until Feb 15th. We'll focus on eating right, exercising 4-5 times a week, and getting in our water.
Nothing against those under 200 lbs, but I'd really like to be surrounded by those in the same weight range, or at least over 200 lbs.
So, who will join the challenge?![]()
