I already take very high quality vitamin supplements because I'm aware of these benefits. However, I didn't know about the chromium. I get at least 100% of the DV of chromium already, but do you know how much is recommended to be in a therapeutic range?

I took the same vitamins and it put me near seizure level with the added "weight control." I had tremors in my hands, to the point where my they drew up into a fist...my doctor of 8 years told me to stop taking supplements. Once I stopped taking the vitamins the tremors went away. I suppose it depends on your tolerance level but still, I urge you & others, take only what you need in the form of vitamins & try to get as much through natural sources as possible.

P.S. Do the vitamin test...place one capsule into a glass of water & see how long it takes to break down completely...if it takes more than 30 minutes your body isn't absorbing it anyway...it just gets passed with the rest of your bodily waste.
