i've decided to take a break from phen, perhaps a week or 2. I've just completed my first 30 day ** and lost about 12 pounds on it. Prior to, I lost 30 pounds phen free. My short term goal is 160- started out at 204 now I'm 172. Just want to know if anyone else has taken a break from it and how it worked for you. I do workout on a consistent basis- 45 min cardio and alternation weight training upper and lower body, i count calories and mindful of the nutritional value of everything i eat. Im not the most super clean eater-80-90% of the times i'm on track, the other 10-20% is due to my craving for Doritos..lol don't ask. just a few words of advice or your experience would be greatly appreciated. thanks.
