Hi everyone,
Ive been on Phen for 3 months now but ive seemed to stallwith my weight loss a little. I'm thinking that i need to shock my body with something new so im going to do a 10 Day challenge to challenge myself and see what results i can accomplish.
Here's what im doing... Cardio excercise 40 minutes 5 times a week
Calorie intake of 1200 calories a day (High Protein low Carb)
Drinking at least 120 oz of water daily
No eating after 10 pm
37.5 mg Phen every morning before breakfast
This will be something new for me to stick with because ive only been excercising 3 x a week now im going to try 5. Im hoping to lose 10 pounds in 10 days.

I got on the scale at 229.2 this morning! My husband gets two weeks of leave starting next weekend lol I havne't seen him in 8 months so I wanna look my best hehe 


I guess I'll be forced to either go to the gym for some classes or.... *Da da da!!!* P90X with Fi. Yikes! 

I gained 1.5 over the weekend, I totally went backwards. I did my best to stick to the high protein/low carb diet and I didn't get any excersize. That means I'll be a busy girl all week going to the gym straight after work. 
Working out after busying about all day? You rock!
