    OMG! I just ate 950 calories in ONE meal!!!! *sigh* I will DEFINITELY need to hit the treadmill tonight! And already I'm feeling bloated and disgusting!!!

    Hello Ladies
    Well here is my check in report for the day. I am down 3 more pounds Yayyyyy I have now lost 6lbs in this challenge. I am officially in the onederland 197 . Here I come 180's lol. I know it was all that working out I did for the week helped my weight loss. I walked 8 miles yesterday. I use my leslie samsone walking tapes. I have so many of them 1 mile to 5 miles. I havent exercise today, really didnt plan on it but who knows.

    Tequila - you sound like you really had a greatttttt Birthday. I wish I was there myself. it sounds like it was worth every lovely pound.

    Surbanmom- Girl dont worry about those calories, just hit that treadmill hard and those calories wont matter.

    Ok ladies, are we going to do our Halloween Challenge over here also, or are we just going to meet in the other hallowen challenge. I like checking in here with you ladies, but either way I am following the pack.

    Hi, newbie! I'm going to hit the treadmill! I have to! LOL!

    So are doing the Halloween challenge? I'd rather do it here than in the other thread. The other one is so crowded. Let me know.

    I'm challenging myself to be at 185 by Halloween! Working out at least 4 days a week and still...no coffee. More water. Pretty much the same as my previous challenge only with a number attached to it.

    Ok Surburbanmom Im in, you are right it is a little crowded on the other one, but I am already in, so I will be in both.

    I will say I would like to lose 12 lbs by halloween. that means I will be 185 lbs . I am starting at 197 lbs

    So my Halloween Challenge

    To lose 12 pounds
    To Exercise 5 days a week (cardio)
    Do weights at least 2 days a week -this is a hard one for me.
    Stay under my calories daily

    Ok ladies lets get in here and post our goal for our Halloween challenge. how much would everyone like to lose by Scary Candy day .lol

    Hey Ladies!!

    Newbie - I am still smiling from ear to ear! I know that feeling and you should feel sooooo happy right about now. I am happy for you.

    SuburbanMom - isnt it amazing how easy it is to consume/inhale that many calories in one sitting?!?! I know that the last time we went to TGIFridays now that they have the nutrition info on the menu, I swear I felt sick and didnt even want to look...lol...it was disturbing when I started thinking about the stuff I would normally eat there. Its okay..have a light din din and get a workout in..then go to bed! Tomorrow is a new day.

    Tequila - Happy Belated Birthday! Dont feel bad about the 6 lb gain..there is no way you could have gained that much that fast...that is mostly sodium..so just flush it out. Sounds good..and hey best part is you enjoyed it and now can put it behind you.

    My day has been pretty good. I had a nice workout..showered had lunch and then ... crashed..yup...it seems that I am in dire need of a nap everyday lately...****s..I have to change things up. I think I might get back on the treadmill in a little bit - or maybe go out because its really nice out. I have to try to tire myself out so that I can get sleep tonight, my sleeping patterns are all off.

    I agree about the Halloween challenge..I like checking in here with you guys..I already feel comfy here and look forward to checking in with you.

    Hmm..I have to think of a goal to put in my signature. I see alot of you have mini-goals and I am thinking maybe that will be a good idea for me to have to look forward to.

    I would really like to be down 11 by Halloween. That would put me at 179! Officially in the 170's. Let's see that can be a goal for me....how exciting.

    Hello Ladies
    Just venting, tonight I over ate 400 calories with snacks. one bag of 100 calorie cookies and a pack of crackers another 200 calories and salsa chips and they didnt even help my cravings. I was having a salt attack and had terrible cravings.
    I took my phen pill to late. I only take half a pill in the evenings. I was so angry, on the one day I decided not to exercise is the one day I cheat grrrrrr. So after I ate I got up mad as hell ,and put in my 4 mile tape started walking and fussing. I mean I really really did not want to workout. The lady in the tape was saying things like( come on, dont you feel great) and I was yelling back noooooo Im tireddd, shut up lol and muted the tv so I wouldnt have to hear her perky self talking while I was sweating up a storm lol.

    Well ladies I finished, showered, and hopped in the bed. I hoped it helped some I would hate to weigh myself and be back in the 200's in the morning. Oh well maybe I just wont weigh myself tomorrow ok ladies have a good night. Just had to vent a little and let you know we all have those bad overeat days

    Hi Ladies , everyone seems to be doing good, I'm getting back on track and im in the halloween challenge , trying to lose at least 10 pounds but im in no hurry. When i first started this journey in June 2009 i said by june 2010 id like to reach my goal of 7 pound loss per month so looks like im a little off track but not farr away from goal.
    I have to keep reminding myself that it's going to take a year anyway , nica and slow weight loss means that it will stay off alot longer. Although i'll have to give up the Phen because i think my doctor is going to give me 2 more months and thats it.

    Suburb mom, wow what a small world , Practice works is great, we've been using softdent for some years now and love it.
    Ok ladies here's the stats weight went up and down since the 10 day challenge and i didnt make my goal but im back to 231 and hopefully by Halloween i will be 10 pounds smaller , on the other note guess what ive noticed today ( My inner thighs are'nt rubbing as much and they seem smaller!!!!! ) I havent taken my measurments yet but im sure ive loss inches somewhere around there.
    So since the challenge i havent loss the pounds but i definitley loss some inches .

    Good Morning!! I DID IT!! I FINALLY cracked the 190's!! I weighed in this morning at 188. I got on and off a few times lol..just to make sure. Being that it isnt quite the 1st of October yet I am going to change my goal for Halloween. I am so happy nothing can burst my bubble this morning..its more of a relief than anything...I was trying to stay positive but the scale not budging gets frustrating and down right annoying. So, needless to say I am thrilled and hope that this is the beginning of a trend. =)

    Newbie - I read your post and was laughing to myself..thanks for the visual..I have done that and with Leslie Sansone she can be annoying especially when you really arent in the mood for the workout..lol..that is hysterical..cause I have even told her to just SHUT UP!! lol If you havent already...DONT get on the scale today....wait until tomorrow..so that you dont get annoyed..give yourself today to flush out whatever salt you did manage to take in. Just to be safe. Oh and as for you calling is Scary Candy day...that is so true...because that is just the reason I wait until the absolute last minute to buy candy..because it all goes to the trick or treaters then I just have to deal with the candy the kids get...lol..hmm..lets stay strong...

    Val - 7 lbs a month is really a reasonable goal. They recommend 8 a month which is at least 2 a week..so that is great. Just hang in there...you are still very well on your way.

    Hey there everyone. That Halloween challenge seems to be a little sloppy and crowded - I can't stay focused.

    Thanks for the b-day wishes. I enjoyed all of it but the weight gain. So far I managed to get rid of 3 pounds - must have been water weight and TOM unexpectedly arrived 2 weeks early.

    checking to see how everone is doing? Im good , getting back on track is hard to do but im determined . Im so frustrated seeing my weight yo-yo , just cant seem to stay in the 220's for nothing . every time i see 229 i jump back up to 232,233 and then back again. So im trying something new , i noticed in the past when i was online and b****ed about it , my weight seemed to go down (LOL) No seriously this happened to me when i was stuck in the 240's then i made a post and my wonderful Phen Friends did thier majic or something , weird huh? LOL

    Suite - Let us know how the ChaLEAN works out for you. I saw a post about it sometime in July and became curious.

    It's been a busy week and I haven't been to the gym. I was doing exceptionally well with my meals this week until today - My office ordered Jamaican food for lunch, but, I put half of my food in the fridge before I could really do some damage.

    Today is my Friday - my BF and I are heading South to the beach tomorrow morning. I made sure there was a fitness center available at our hotel. I hope you all have a fabulous weekend!

    Newbie - How's it going? Your Halloween goals look absolutely attainable! I can't wait to hear all about your progress! You are getting to where you really want to be! Yay!!! And PLEASE do not beat yourself up over one day. There is always tomorrow. It's a new day and a new start.

    Suite - Yes, I make myself sick when I think about how many calories are in foods we think are "ok" to eat. Yuck! LOL! But it's soooo good!!! Well, it TASTES good! LOL!

    179 by Halloween is an awesome goal! I am right there with you...but probably for my Christmas challenge. LOL I know you'll get there! You have been working so hard!!! And you're already at 188??? Girl, it's only a matter of "minutes!"

    Oh... and what is ChaLean?

    Val - I think so many of us can relate tot he yo-yo weight. I know I can! All you can do is start over again. The one thing about another day is it's another opportunity to be the best you that you can be. Eat better! Live better! BE better!     Okay... I haven't been here and my body knows it. I have eaten like crap all week! It was end of our quarter and we were on lockdown for lunch every single day! The managers ordered out and we had pizza, lasagna, spaghetti, Chicken Marsala, mashed potatoes, Pot roast with gravy, cheesecake, brownies, crap, crap, crap, crap crap!!!! Argh!!! I've been so stressed out that when I wasn't working I was eating and sometimes both at the same time. I was crying if I wasn't eating. Tired! No working out! Just MISERABLE!!! I put on about a pound and a half, I'm bloated, haven't had ANY water, just ARGH!!!! I haven't slept for crap and I'm tired all the time but at least I haven't had any coffee! I'm so mad at myself! But... One week from tomorrow I have a girl's night out planned AND...a friend I haven't seen in 15 years will be here! So for the next 7 days, guess who will be watering themselves, giving up sodas, working out, reducing salt, and upping veggie, fruit, and fish intake! Yeah... Me!!!

    Wish me luck!!!! I'm doing a personal "mini challenge" starting tomorrow. I will weigh-in in the morning. I have my 1 month follow-up with my doctor on Tuesday so that will be my "half-way" check-in, and then I'll weigh-in again on next Friday and post my results. I hope to get rid of 3 pounds. I know it's aggressive but I need something to focus on that's aggressive and a challenge!

    Hello Ladies how is everyone doing ? I had a rough week with cravings but I stayed pretty straight most of the time. My workouts went back and forth.
    I almost exercised everyday with cardio, and today I started my 10 minute weight tape by Leslie Sansome. It killed me. I am so glad nobody that knew me seen me struggling with those 5 pound weight, you would have thought I was lifting 10 pounds for 45 minutes it was really funny. I had to laugh at myself, but I at least got started I will soon move to my 45 min tape but for now this is it.

    Report for the week

    M- 4 mile walk
    T- 8 mile walk / 1/2 hr bike
    W - 2 mile walk ( I just wasn't feeling that day)
    T- No workout ( I was tired and moody ) Bad Dayyyyyyy
    F- 4 mile walk / 10 min weight tape / 15 min bike
    I almost stuck to calories everyday

    SuiteLady - WoooHooooo I am doing my happy dance for you girl. I am so happy you broke out the 190's into the 80's I know you are so excited. I cant wait until I am in the 180's , . Ok I am curious also, with Surburban mom what is Chalean Extreme. Also Did you give yourself a special treat ( not food) for a reward for breaking out the 90's? Because you deserve one. Ok keep up the great work.

    SuburbanMom- Honey I feel your pain and struggle. That would have been a super tough week for Anyone. To tell you the truth I dont think I would have done half as good as you. All that and you only gained a 1 1/2 lb. I think you did good myself. You probably feel bloated because of no wated but as soon as you drink your fluids that feeling will go away. Dont be to hard on yourself we all have those days, at least you have a good excuse like stressing about work and not just giving in to cravings like I do. I also think your personal mini challenge for yourself is great.

    Tequila- Great job on losing that 3 pound from the birthday party dinner. I love jamaican food and dont know if I would have been as strong as you. great great job on only eating half a plate. have fun with your boyfriend this weekend. Good job on the hotel pick with the gym. Oh yeah your dog is to cute

    Val- Hey girl I am always yoyo ing I think that is just part of the process for some of us. Just keep b@#%%% about it here with us and that weight will slide off soon.

    I'm celebrating my birthday today and debating if i want a piece of the cake (LOL) I guess a small piece won't hurt. Slept in this morning , no excercise and the kids are already up .     Val - Happy Birthday!!! Did you eat the cake? I have to tell you...if it was me...I would have eaten the cake, Anna Mae! LOL! I hope your weekend celebration was awesome!!!!

    Newbie - I think it's admirable that you are able to still get your workouts in even when you don't want to. Yes, you missed a day but it was only one day! You were right back at it the next day!!!! I, on the other hand, let one day pass...then two...then three. Blah! LOL! But seriously...That's FANTASTIC!!! Keeping with your cardio and workouts will cancel out those days you give into your cravings.

    I had an "ok" weekend but nothing to shout about. I didn't take my Phen today because I didn't go to the gym as planned. My son went to sleep early and we stayed in because we figured he wasn't feeling well. And he's not...he has a pretty nasty cold. So we stayed in as much as possible today. Now it's just moments until midnight and I'm falling asleep. *yawn* I'll catch up with you all tomorrow.

    Oh yeah... I weighed in at 201.6 on Friday. I don't know how much different my home scale is than my doctor's but I'll find out on Tuesday morning. Ha!

    Val - Happy Belated Birthday!

    I have been MIA the last few days..things have been crazy..just running around getting stuff done.

    Newbie - Suburban - ChaLEAN Extreme is a workout by BeachBody that focuses on weights...since muscle burns fat you work on building muscles. I know a few people who have had great success so we shall see. That was my reward for making it to the 180's. It should be here tomorrow. I am going to do my measurements and before pictures as the recommend so I might post those..lol..lets see how brave I feel.

    I missed this group over the weekend..and while I didnt post..my thoughts were with you!! I really am happy to have found you ladies!! ((hugs))

    Hey, ladies! Where IS everyone?! Goodness! PLEASE don't tell me that we're falling off!!! I need YOU!!!!

    Suite - ChaLean sounds like a good workout to mix things up a bit. I think it's terrific that you are rewarding yourself for all your hard work! Post photos! Post photos!!!

    Today was my "official" weigh-in with the doctor. I'm in ONEDERLAND!!!! At home I was 198.2. On his scale I was 199 but I had clothes on. So... I'm going with 198 at home since I was "uncovered." Woo hoo!!! I told him that I felt great the first two weeks of taking Phen but that now... I lose energy and start to feel ravenously hungry around 3:30. So... He bumped me up to the 37.5. He said that I was doing a great job and to keep up the healthy habits because at the most...he'd only prescribed me 1 more month after this one. *crossing fingers* and praying I keep making progress!!! He said that he expects to see 5 more pounds gone when I return on November 13. My (original) personal goal for my birthday (November 21st) was actually 175 but 23 pounds in 6 1/2 weeks is QUITE a lofty goal! So... If I can get to 185 by then I'll be a happy camper! 175 is my new "New Year's" goal!

    Good Afternoon ladies
    Im late to this post but I would like to join if i could?
    Ive been on Phen since 9/26 and have seen great results. Ive been put on a 1,000 cal a day diet and its been pretty easy to stick to so far because Im just not hungry at all. I work out religiously and ive been drinking tons of water. So far so good.

    The challenge for me will be: October 22 my daughter's turning 7 - birthday party, October 26, my birthday - going to dinner, October 30, close on my new home - more celebrating, and the entire first week in Nov I will be moving into my new home, Nov 3rd - Birthday party for nephew, Nov 13, my son is turning 3 - another birthday party, then THANKSGIVING.....LOL

    So needless to say I HAVE to be soooooo FOCUSED in the next 8 weeks, it will be a struggle, but I am saying will all honesty Im up for the challenge. I just have to stay determined with my eyes on the prize..and with the kind and inspirational words for all the wonderful people here, Im sure I can do it..!!!

    I just keep reminding myself, THAT JUNK FOOD WILL NEVER TASTE AS GOOD AS THIN FEELS.

    GLAD TO BE BACK! It took me a bit to catch up on all the posts but I was glad to see so much progress - It's very inspiring!

    Val - girl, I hope you had a slice of cake on your birthday, if not, I had one for ya!

    Suburban - I take the 37.5. I split mine otherwise I'm hungry at 3pm. Although, lately, I've noticed that I have been kind of weening myself off of it and didn't realize it until today. How has it been working out for you so far? Do you notice any difference?

    Newbie - You go girl - sticking to your exercize. I haven't been to the gym in a week and a half. The gym at the resort just happened to be closed (lucky me). It's a great feeling to have when you're done with a work out that almost wasn't. That little rush of energy.... until you get out of your car. lol - that's when my legs feel a hundred pounds each. That must be the plus side of working out at home, you don't have to lift yourself out of the car.

    Welcome Brooklyn! It sounds like you have a lot going on this fall.

    It was so nice to get out of town for the weekend. The weather was real favorable in Myrtle Beach. We rented an economy car but received a Chrysler convertible for the same low rate ($23 per day) - gotta love it! I was enjoying our mini vacation until I got a call from my dogsitting friend Saturday afternoon saying, "I hate to break it to you, your dog has fleas"!!!!!! WTH??!!! He is 7 years old and he just NOW gets fleas? Turns out dogs can become immune to Frontline. So, since then, I haven't been able to relax. It's been work work work when I stepped foot into the house. At least I'm being productive - lol.

    Today I had tuna salad for lunch with whole wheat bread bread and drank water all day. I didn't have breakfast which is a big no no and I forgot to take my Phen today (haven't taken it since Thursday last week). No work-out this evening; I have to pick up some new meds for the dog and it's time to get our house back together (put the curtains back up, couches covered etc.)

    I will eat breakfast, take my phen and go back to the gym tomorrow (today is Phase 3 of flea clean-up and prevention).

    Thanks for your time ladies. We are doing this, one step at a time.

    Brooklyn - Welcome to our All Girl's Club (so far)! And I have to agree with Tequila! You have A LOT going on in the next two months! Wow! I'd pass out, girl! But...it seems like you have everything in order. You should change your name to "SuperMommy!" Well, should you feel the pressure of parties and believe the cake is taunting you...we'll talk you down. And if we can't talk you down, we'll at least understand.

    Tequila - After such an awesome vacation, you come back to your poor poochie with fleas???? Crap! I hope everything is back in order now. I know that has to be frustrating. I hope you're able to get right back into the swing of things tomorrow and restore some sense of normalcy after such a long break.

    I just received the new prescription today and dropped it off at CVS. I'll run by on my way to work in the morning and pick it up. My doctor thinks it will help with the afternoon cravings and energy lull. I'll definitely let you know how it goes! I'm looking forward to getting a little bit more of an energy boost and curbing those awful cravings! He also told me to add oatmeal. I like oatmeal...I do not "love" oatmeal. So... Maybe sometimes I'll eat oatmeal. But I'm not running out to the grocery store tonight to pick some up. LOL

    Morning Ladies!! Soooo, nice to see your posts..I was beginning to think you had all jumped ship and abandoned me. =(

    Brooklyn - You sure do have lots going on this month...welcome to the group...you will love it here. I do!

    Suburban - I take the 37.5 and feel the slump so I try taking it a little later- but that is also because I have PMS right now...but the cravings are good.meaning under control...but beware that sometimes the cravings come anyway...it sure isnt a magic pill as some think...it still takes work as we all know...my Dr. is always reminding me of that. I am excited to start ChaLEAN I have to go over everything and will start on Friday - officially.

    Tequila - NOOOOO not fleas! omg...I had the experience and what made it a MILLION times worse was that they were only biting ME out of all the humans in the house..and I am TOTALLY terrified of bugs..I seriously thought I was going to lose my mind...my Mom was actually really worried..I was hysterical..and would spend my days out as long as I could..and stay in the kitchen the only place in the whole house with no carpet..there is even carpet on the steps..****ED big time...but after bombing twice and using flea carpet powder they finally were gone...some dogs are just immune to the flea stuff...because the poor dog kept getting them. I had to get rid of her for my sanity. =(

    Hi everyone!! Quick question.. Did anyone notice a drop in weight loss in their 2nd month while on Phen. I seem to be slowing down...a lot! I didn't loose any weight last week, Stuck at 20-21 pounds lost. What should I do to get things moving again. I still have a ton to lose. HELP!!

    Janell - sounds like it's time to make some changes to your routine. Maybe increase cardio, add another day of excersize?? What have you been doing?

    Suite - Yep, fleas. The weird thing was we couldn't see any on him. They weren't in our carpets. We'd get a bite and thought it was an outside bug. Anyway - I think we caught them ontime to prevent infestations and have bombed, powdered, and sprayed all carpets, furniture, beddings, the dog. Poor guy, he has no idea why he's quarantined in the dining room (hardwood floors).

    Suburban - I understand your oatmeal dilema. I bought a box of instant oatmeal to keep in my desk drawer. It's been in there since March of this year and I've only eaten about 4 of the packages, lol. It's a big difference though from your microwave omlets. Girl - I still think about your post and almost bought a microwave omlet dish.

    Looks like I'm not able to hit the gym tonight. The good news is I didn't gain ANY weight from this trip, I maintained. I probably had a good work out from deep cleaning the house.

    Tequila - aww poor doggie...they are very hard to see...and when you are able to see one close enough..they are GROSS looking...

    Suburban - and anyone else interested in eating oatmeal -
    I make it this way...the way my dad made it but he made it in a pot with many more ingredients.

    1/4 c of oats
    1/2 c of skim milk or milk of choice
    a dash of salt
    a packet of sweetner
    a splash of vanilla
    and cinnamon to taste...
    and throw it in the microwave...I make oat bran the same way...its much better than the packets I think...even can make a nice lil snack.

    Hello Ladies
    I hope everyones weekend was great. Sorry I have been missing in action.Just life and family and friends keeping me busy. Training at work last couple of days, and one of my good friends is in the Hospital she had a stroke Monday night.. I was there Monday night and everyday after work with her husband and our friends.So please keep her in your prayers.
    Anyway I will say it has been keeping my mind off food. I have been getting my workouts in, it helps with the stress I have feeling. I will say that I am down from 197 to 195 so i am happy about that. my weight has been going back and forth between 197 to 196 for about 5 days and today finally 195. I wish I was happier about it,but I just keep worrying about my girlfriend. We all must really take care of ourselves.

    Tequila - I am so sorry to hear that cute little dog has fleas. I am glad you told us about them becoming immune to frontline, my dog or rather puppy uses it.     Suburbanmom- Great job on the weight loss and welcome to Onederland. Yayyyyyyyy You are right there with me in the 90's. we will both be at our goals before we know it. I also was watching biggest loser last night. I hadn't done my workout for the day and after I saw those big men and woman moving, girlllllll I jumped off my big booty lol and did my 4 mile walk and tone tape immediately .

    Janell1442- Glad to see you back, I was wondering how you were doing. I think your weight loss so far is amazing dont be so hard on yourself. Try to tell us a little more about how many calories you are eating a day and how much exercise. Dont worry your weight loss will start up again, just try to change up your routine a little.

    Brooklyn- Hello and Welcome Welcome Welcome, you will love it here. We are all doing a Halloween challenge, then Thansgiving ,and finally Xmas. Try to post your goal weight you would like to be at for halloween. You have a journey so many great celebrations, but you will be fine just do the best you can.

    Suite- That was a great reward for breaking into the 180's. I cant wait to hear how it works. You will be fit and buff so quick. 5 more pounds before I am in the 80's I cant wait. I am doing my ten minute weight tape this week, next week I will start my 45 weight tape. Its all a process. Oh yeah thanks for grandpa oatmeal recipe.

    Hey, ladies!!! It's late, I know!!! But I was up talking FI's head off! He laughed at me because usually I'm winding down by 9ish. But today was my first day of the 37.5. But...More of that later. LOL!!!

    Suite - Thank you for the oatmeal recipe! I will try it out one weekend when we're lounging around the house. It sounds yummy! I'll have to let you know how my first attempt at making it goes!

    Janell - The ladies here will be a lot of help, I'm sure. Unfortunately the only "plateau" I've ever managed to break through was one where I GAINED! Please come back and chat with us. I'm sure I could benefit from the advice too so let us know what you have going on. I will say this though... My doctor and friends have cautioned me that I should expect my weight loss to level off some this month. That's why my OB said "5 pounds." I am trying not to set myself up for disappointment but I AM secretly trying and hoping and praying for 10-12 pounds this month. LOL

    Tequila - Awesome!!! No weight gain AND a pleasurable trip? What could be better? Did you make your workout tonight?

    Newbie - Yay!!!!! 195?! Girl, you are FLYING through the 90s and leaving me in your dust! More motivation for me! I'm coming. LOL!!! Seriously that is WONDERFUL!! I am so ready to see 195 on that scale. Then I'll know I'm halfway through.

    And you don't even have to ask! I will definitely pray for your girlfriend. Isn't life so crazy? One moment we're all flying high, going about our lives and then something so life-altering happens to stop us in our tracks and reflect on those things we often take for granted. (((hugs)))

    Well... I'm on the 37.5 and although I took it early, I'm still awake at 12:55! Yikes! I took it around 9 this morning but I will try taking it at 7 on my way to work tomorrow instead. I'll let you know how it goes. Other than the restlessness and the chattering like a maniac...I've felt great today. I had to remind myself to eat! And since I didn't feel hungry, I was able to take a moment and really consider something good for me to eat. It wasn't the absolute cleanest, BEST decision, but it was really a good choice.

    Okay, I'm going to try to get to sleep now. TRY!!! LOL! It's 1 AM and the alarm clock will be sounding at 5:30. Argh! LOL

    Morning!! Its PMS for me..and I have been a moody cranky nasty - cant even stand myself beotch. lol So, needless to say I havent gotten on the scale this week. I will be back on there on Tuesday though. I need to get motivated again..been slacking on the exercise..which is not like me..eating wise been doing great but I know that I feed off my workouts so I will get in a long one today. I havent started ChaLEAN yet. I will be starting it tomorrow. I am nervous and excited. I have to make sure I have the correct weights to start. I am going to figure everything out today.

    Newbie - Wow, keep us posted about your friend. My heart aches when I hear stuff like that - I dont handle stuff like that well. I will definitely keep her and her family and you in my prayers. On a lighter note - good for you for a nice WI. 180's will be showing up before you know it. Great job on doing weights. I really never thought I would say this but I really love strength training now. I love it.

    Suburban - How funny! Dont worry about being tired in the AM because you are going to take another pill!! lol I totally lovelovelove that feeling. I get sooooo much done. Yes, I am on facebook.     Hello ladies,

    Thanks for the birthday wishes and yes i had cake , maybe too much (LOL) but i ate it with no regrets . Had a wonderful birthday weekend and now time to face the scale ! Im still yo-yoing up and down and i think i need a boost of something diffrent. Ive been so bad this week alone abot excercise and because of the weather change here , i can't seem to wake up in the morning like i use to. I'm going to push myself a little moore harder to wake up in the morning and maybe i'll buy some B-12 to get my energy level back up.

    I try to get on my stationary bike at least every other day but from sitting at work all day my butt hurts!! I dread sitting on the seat of that bike...ouch! I guess I need to overlook that and be stronger and push myself to excercise more. Daily I try to eat low fat, under 1200 calories and drink lotsof water.. water only. I also try and watch my carb intake. Maybe i'll do some workout videos instead of the bike to see how that works. Wish me luck and thanks for the support guys.

    I just started on Phen on Tuesday. I have been waiting a couple of days to get in the swing of things. I will start back my workout routine by getting up early and hitting the gym. I get bored so it will cool off here in Houston a little next week and I can hit the bayou for as long as my leg will let me.

    FYI: I had a major car accident last year and I know am the proud owner of a metal rod.

    Hey everyone!!!! How's it going???

    Suite - Don't worry about the PMS biotcheyness! We ALL get a pass once a month! LOL! Sometimes twice. LOL! I love your attitude about it all. I don't think missing a couple days of exercise will hurt...especially when you've been SO good!

    Girl... Only two people know about me and Phen (aside from all of you, of course) And I do NOT talk about it in open forums! I'll add you. My profile photos is of my son.

    Val - I'm so glad you enjoyed your birthday...cake and all! And you are NOT alone. I find it much harder to get out the bed in the cooler temps as well. All I want to do is snuggle underneath the covers. My son had other plans for us this morning though....and at 4 AM no less. LOL!

    Janell - Believe it or not, I would suggest (yes) changing the exercise you're doing but...also eating a little bit more. I am not an expert (of course) but everyone I've spoken to and everything I've read always encourage fueling your workouts and changing your calorie intake as you begin to lose. Try walking. It's the simplest thing to do but gives you a chance to get your blood pumping and muscles moving. Maybe try bumping your calories up to about 1400 and see how it goes. Just start making small changes a little bit at a time until whatever you're doing becomes habit. Then change up something else.

    LeJune - Welcome! We're so glad to have you join us! You will find the ladies here are the absolute BEST! They keep me encouraged, offer great (and often funny) advice, and there is NEVER any judgment here! We support each other! Period! I hope you enjoy it. Oh...and 10 pounds it TOTALLY doable!!!

    Okay... I have to make my update quick. I took my Phen but my body was never well rested. LOL! So... I went shopping after I got my boys settled in (Daddy and baby). I haven't bought myself anything new lately because I'm always buying for someone else. Well, today I went to the mall to buy one pair of jeans but when I realized I am now in a 12...I bought 3!!!!! I'm throwing away the jeans in my closet!!! Well, all but one pair. I would give them to a charity but my thighs rubbed together so badly in a couple pairs that I rubbed holes in them!!! Argh!!!! So the ones that cannot be salvaged...will NOT be kept! I already donated the size 16s to charity and now the 14s are gonna bite the dust too!

    Alright... Time for sleep. Last night I was up until almost 3 and my child woke up at 4. Instead of allowing him to whine himself back to sleep, FI went to his room, got him out of his crib, and brought him to our bed. WTH?! I got an hour of sleep??? No way!!! So... I'm going to put the rest of this salad in the fridge before the lettuce wilts, run back up here, and go to sleep!!!
