Hi, Newbie! Welcome! 7 days works!

Amber - Yay for DH coming home!!!! I know right now that's got to be ALL you're thinking about! How long has he been gone? Did you already answer that question? If so... SORRY!!!

Amanda - How did I miss your post the other day? I apologize! Blame my eyes! AWESOME progress! 69 pounds?! That is such an amazing accomplishment! Cutting the fake sugar may do the trick! I read somewhere that someone was stuck for a few weeks and she tried lemon water and that helped bust her plateau. Couldn't hurt, right? Let us know!

SuiteLady - I'm sorry to hear about the 2 pounds but I bet you're right! Canned soups have SO much sodium in them! I bet anything once you let those go, you drop some weight! Probably 2 or 3 pounds, easily. You are an inspiration to me! I wish I could take some of what you have and bottle it to take right now. Working out after busying about all day? You rock!

Janell - Wow! 13 pounds?! That is GREAT! I would be excited too!! And yes... It does make you feel good when someone else recognizes and acknowledges your hard work! Keep going, girl!!!

Tequila - Look at you keeping on tack with your eating! That's so hard for me after a week or two. I give in to the need for something sweet so I admire your willpower! I hope you had a fantastic workout tonight!

It finally stopped raining here and the day was GORGEOUS! Of course now it's supposed to start raining again. FI, baby, and I are safe and sound but so many people have suffered losses or haven't had water or something. A lot of the school districts here were closed today and some will be closed tomorrow as well. My little one is only 1 so he's in daycare.

What's to report with me? Hmm... I weighed in again today just because it is my "real" 4th day. I was down again to 204. I definitely won't weight again until Monday or Tuesday. Maybe I will actually stick with my challenge of going to the gym! I woke up this morning at 4 and just laid in bed. Why? I was awake and could have gone. I SHOULD have gone. So why didn't I? Freakin' lazy!!!

On a positive note... I've been doing well with my eating plan and not overindulging. I'm snacking but smarter. I'm drinking more water. And still... NO coffee! Yay me!!! I knew that would be the hardest part for me! So far so good.

Okay... I need to upload my before photos but... I don't wanna!

Good morning ladies

Suburban mom thanks for the welcome. You ladies are doing so well. So I walked 4 miles for one hour and hateeeeed every minute of it. grrrrr and this morning I made myself get up and walk another 4 miles. my calories were pretty good. It is so hard to get back in the swing of things when you have been so lazy for so long

Talking about laziness, it took me 2 years to get back to work on this weight. I can empathize.

Yeah, I weighed in at 224.5 today! I lost that 1.5lb that was gained over the weekend. I hope to continue so I can have an overall loss at our weigh in. I'm doing my best to stick to my plan of working out everyday this week. Tonight will be day 3 at the gym and I'm not feeling it. But, I will do my best to get my body in there.

Last nights dinner didn't go so well. My BF didn't go with me to the gym and was going to have dinner ready for me when I got home. He was supposed to make turkey manwiches (haven't had that in years) and salad. Well, he said he spilled half the salt and pepper from the grinder into the meat (instead of using the grinder, he unscrewed the cap). So guess what was waiting for me when I arrived at the house......... a frikin' big mac meal! I didn't eat all the fries (I had some - Mc D's fries are like crack) and I took out the extra bread and fed it to my dog before I could sink my teeth into it. Don't get me wrong, I could have gobbled that entire meal down but I tried my best to be good. So because of this, I went another night without my sweets.

Small sacrifices for big rewards.

I'm glad to see most of the challengers continue to check in. I'll check back later, gotta get back to work.

Good Morning!!!!

It is so awesome to see everyone checking in. What will happen when this challenge is over? Will we still stick together?

Well, yesterday was a really long day...but I did get home and got on the treadmill for 30 minutes of intervals..showered and hit the sack. I was DONE. One thing that I am working on is eating every 3 hours. I notice that I fail to eat anything besides coffee until 12 or 1 and thats not good. So, this morning, I had my 3 cups of water with my phen and then had some oat bran. Then had my coffee. I am enoying one more cup then I am going to workout. My husband is picking up my little one from preschool and taking him out for a little so I can enjoy my workout and not feel rushed. =)

I guess I will get on the scale tomorrow and see what it looks like.

I will be checking in throughout the day.

Hello again ladies
Im just reading the boards trying to stay motivated and not cheat.

Tequila- I am still up my 1.5lb pounds from my one day of overeating this weekend. I am glad that your little weight gain came off it is giving me some hope. I am still staying straight with my calories. I had egg whites this morning and for lunch a plate of mixed vegtables. And your boyfriend is to funny he sounds just like mine. How did he go from turkey manwhiches to Mcdonalds that's funny. You did great with that temptation.

I am always good when I am by myself but as soon as my BF comes around it is always a harder struggle.

Suitelady - I am hoping when this is over we will all continue to the next challenge. I would love to Lose 20 by Thanksgiving and 40 by xmas here to dreaming.

Surburbanmom- great job on your loss and I think that lazy bug is going around I caught it. But it might be hard but I will try to stick it out for the week.

Ok ladies tonight I will try to do a extra workout on my bike and watch one of my sitcoms it makes the time go by quick

Suite - sounds like that head cold is going away. I too have that problem of not eating breakfast. My trainer told me (about 6 years ago) that I would ruin my metabolism for the day if I didn't eat breakfast within 1 hour of waking up. That first hour can set your metabolism at its highest level for the day while drinking water and eating every few hours keeps the metabolism up. Waiting any longer will lower the metabolism and it will not reach it's peak, it'll struggle while it tries to catch up. (maybe you already know this. It wasn't explained to me that way when I was with Weight Watchers) Since I started dieting again, I try to keep breakfast bars in my work desk, or I'll have a multi-grain english muffin with natrual peanut butter. I just can't seem to get up early enough to cook anything durring the week. I need something fast.

Newbie - My BF chose Mc D's because it's around the corner. Subway is 3 blocks too far. I lost the most weight the week my boyfriend was out of town. MEN -lol.

I too need to be entertained when doing my cardio. If not, then 1 minute feels like 10.

Suite is right about wondering what will happen after this challenge is over. This thread was great motivation for me to kick it up a notch. The hardest part is keeping it up. Thanks again everyone!

Newbie! You did 4 miles AND you're hopping on your bike?! Shut up!!!! That's no lazy bug there!!! Just the opposite, I think!!! Wow! You will definitely lose that 1.5 AND make it to onederland at that rate! And I think egg whites are my favorite to eat for breakfast. I never make enough time to cook at home so I cook mine in the microwave at work. YUMMY!!! And I throw some turkey sausage or turkey bacon on the side.

Tequila - Congrats on the loss! Men ****! LOL!!! How could he do that?! I wouldn't have been able to walk away from the whole Big Mac and ALL the fries! I'd eat it all!!!! So I have to stay away from there. I love it too much!

Suite - It's great that you can recognize that you're subbing coffee for real food in the morning. It will make a huge difference for you! I'm guilty of the same thing so I have to make a conscious effort to eat!

Sounds like you're feeling better! Yay!!! 30 minute intervals are killer but you feel so great afterward! And you get such fantastic results with intervals! I can't wait to read about your weigh-in!

My son is sick so I took a half day from work, didn't work out, stressed out at the office, worked late, and came home. FI cooked dinner though. Yay! I wish he hadn't added flour to the fish but it wasn't bad at all. He's becoming a much better cook! How lucky am I? So we had some baked cod (w/flour??? WTH? LOL), whole kernel corn, and steamed green beans.

I didn't drink nearly enough water today and I asked him to bring me a Diet Mt. Dew when he comes back home from hanging out with his brother tonight. LOL Oh well... I need something "sweet" and I think Mt. Dew will have to do it. It was either that...or a margarita. What do you think?

I also wondered what would happen after Sunday/Monday. Should we start a new challenge? Me thinks so!

Oh... confession: I weighed myself this morning after swearing I wouldn't! Argh!!!! That's the "bad" news. The "good" news is that I was down to 203.6. Okay... NOW...I won't weigh myself until Monday which is my day 10.

Good Morning, Ladies!

Yesterday was a great day. I was struggling last night with WANTING something to eat..but I asked myself...if I was hungry..and since the answer was NO I just distracted myself with the TV. I was checking out the new shows and I enjoyed "Modern Family" and "Cougartown" .. on ABC.

Tequila - my husband is like a trash disposal..he eats anything and everything. He is 6'4" and 220 and has a great body...nobody believes me when I say he rarely works out anymore..I wish I could look that toned...lol What has been saving me is that we dont watch tv together anymore and that is when he does his damage..in the evening..I stay in another room or just go to bed..lol I get up to find wrappers and evidence all over.

Newbie - I didnt officially say WELCOME - how rude. =) You have a beautiful smile.

I agree we should just stick together after "last" day. We can set the new goals for the group as Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas?

SuburbanMom - I do that sometimes when I have a sweet tooth I take a few sips of Diet Sunkist or something and shake it off. I bought a pack of hard candy for just that...see how that works..so, I can pop one when I get that urge. I love your posts... =) You can always put salt on the rim and pour the Diet Mt. Dew in there..and make believe it will look like a margarita. hehe.

VAL - Hang in there! Just keep checking in.


Okay..I am off to get in a workout in a little. I always feel so great afterwards.

I joined the Halloween Challenge and saw some of you ladies on there.

Hey there Val - good to see you checking in.

Suburban - What a great guy to cook a real HEALTHY meal for you. Flour on cod huh?? Cute. Nothing wrong with a little Dew as long as it's coooold.

Suite - lucky you! My BF unlike your hubby is not as fit at all, lol. He's tall 6'3" and a bigger guy. We both gained weight durring our 3 years together. He too can eat like a garbage disposal so I try to give more food away to my dog. Now my poor dog gained 5lbs, lol.

Yesterday was a bit tough. I didn't want to work out. I wanted to stay home and plant my @ss on the couch. But, I did it. I went to the gym, did only 25 minutes on the elipticle and called it a day. It must have worked to my advantage because I lost another 1.5lbs. Today, I'm at 223.

Now I need to pray and thank the good lord for allowing me to find the strength within and try to maintain it.

I'd love to join!! Sounds perfect! I started Phen a month ago and have lost 14 lbs. My doc switched me from 30mg to 37.5 this week because i felt hungry all the time. This challenge is just what i need! I'll start my workout tonight..i have to catch up with you ladies..oh btw, the 37.5 phen causes headaches?!?! Do any of you ladies have this side effect goin on?

I had headaches for the first week when I started in July. I almost quit taking Phen because of a bad 32 hour migrane I had. I skipped the pills for the Labor Day weekend. I started them again the following Tuesday and had headaches for the first couple days. For me, the headaches came and went only for the first few days, then they went away. Check out the Halloween Challenge if you haven't already done so. Many of us are in that one too.

Hello Ladies
I am just checking in for the day. I am still at same weight 203 but thats ok ,it has to come off sooner or later right. I did have a lot of sodiun last night a lean cuisine meal and some salty shrimp I am a salt addict.I know I am a bad girl. thats why I have to lose this weight to help get my blood pressure under control.
On the flip side I did do that extra 1/2 hr bike ride I said I would do last night. This challenge is really helping because I know that I have to answer to the board because I made a commit to the challenge. So today I walk 4 miles this morning and a extra 4 miles this evening because tomorrow I dont think I will be able to get to it. And also if I slip up tonight watching my favorite show Grey Anatomy I already burned some extra calories, but I will try to stay straight.

Surburbanmom- I did not know that you can cook eggs in the microwave. I am so glad you told me that. Can you please tell me exactly how you cook it so I can also do that at work.

Tequila- I so glad you lost another 1.5 lb great job and glad to see you join the halloween challenge.-

NEWBIE 2004 YOU ARE A COUPLE POUNDS AWAY FROM ONEDERLAND AND THEN ITS DOWN FALL FROM THERE? HOW ARE YOU FEELING? JUST FOCUS ON YOU AND BELIEVE THIS COULD BE DONE.... WE CANT BE FAILURES IF ALOT OF PEOPLE CAN DO THIS WE COULD. ANYWAYS I JOGGED EARLER AND I FEEL GOOD AND NEWBIE I WANT TO LOSE AT LEAST 20 BY THE BEGINING ON NEXT YEAR I HAVE FAMILY COMING FROM CHICAGO AND TEXAS AND I REALLY WANNA GET THIS EXTRA WEIGHT OFF ON ME. Hey, everyone! Sorry for the "hey!" LOL! I'm a southerner, born and raised. I can't let go of it.

It sounds like everyone is doing SO well!!! Eating well, exercising, staying disciplined, joining challenges! Alright!

Val - You sound like me!!! When I get stressed, I gorge myself on JUNK!!! Ugh! I can't seem to help myself! Is it work? Personal stuff? Just day-to-day life? (((hugs))) I've always read and been told that cardio and weight training helps with stress. I haven't tested it...but I've heard it. LOL!!! I hope your load is lightened soon! STRESS is NO bien!

Suite - Check you out! Will power is our friend...no matter how we try to demonize it. LOL!!! TV is always a great distraction for me too. And I love your idea of the fake Dew-a-rita! I may have to try that out!! With a wedge of lime...hmm... I like it!

Tequila - (One of my fave drinks to shoot!!!) 25 minutes on the eliptical is more than I could do in an entire week of going to the gym. Seriously! I tried it once when FI convinced me "It's not so bad." LIAR! I almost passed out!!! So I stick to the treadmill. I just feel more stable on it. So yeah... You rock! I mean... another 1.5 lbs down? Heck yeah!!!

Sassi - Welcome to our little Ya-Ya Sisterhood! 14 pounds in a month is quite the accomplishment! You have to be so proud of yourself! How have you been doing it? Eating better? Working out? Both? I think I may have the conversation with my doctor about upping me from 30 mg to 37.5 at my next appointment in another couple weeks. I am STARVING by 6 if I haven't eaten yet.

Dallas - You can TOTALLY get rid of 30 pounds by February!!! Have you tried Making the Cut by Jillian? The people I've spoken to SWEAR by it! Your family is going to be blown away by all your success!

Newbie - Girl, you are just a ball of fire! I don't care what you say! Look at all the mileage you're getting in this week! Wow! I feel like a bum compared to you. LOL! I have to agree with Dallas. When you're not looking or paying attention, you are going to find yourself in ONEDERLAND before you realize it and the weight is going to melt!

I buy the All Whites in the green and yellow carton. I keep a plastic Gladware container in my desk but some of the ladies that also cook them keep ceramic bowls in the kitchen. I don't but that's because I'm afraid someone will use my bowl, not clean it, and then at some point...break it. LMAO!!! Anyway, i pour out about 1/2 cup into the plastic bowl and add spinach or peppers or onions or mushrooms. I cook it on high for about 1 min, take it out and stir it with a fork. Then I put it back in in 10-15 second increments, taking it out and stirring it. It usually takes about a minute and a half but never longer than 2 minutes. And do NOT leave them unattended. I've had them explode on me. LOL! I top mine with fresh chopped tomatoes and salsa (very low calorie). It's filling and delicious! I don't have the urge to eat a bagel or worse yet...a doughnut!

Oh..and I love Grey's Anatomy as well!!!! Yay season premiere!!!

Sorry my post is so long. I like to try to address everyone's posts but I can be a little long-winded. Forgive me.

Today has been more of the same...stressful. I keep repeating, "I love my job. I love my job." And for the most part, I have to say that i honestly do. But I work in Sales and this has been a very difficult quarter for me and about 49% of the rest of our team. Maybe I will feel a real sense of relief when it's over (the quarter, not my job). But for now, I'm on edge. I haven't been "terrible" but I have eaten something that I probably shouldn't have, but I don't care. It was good going down and I only ate a little bit. I had a small serving of cherry cobbler and peach cobbler. I didn't even finish eating the peach. It was so sweet I thought my tongue would curl up and fall out my mouth. Yuck! So I threw it in the garbage. Not nearly enough water today and still...no exercise. *sigh* When will I get it together? And...it's 9:16 and I still haven;t had dinner. On a GOOD note though... Still no coffee and I've stayed within my range of calories.

I'm looking forward to everyone's results on Sunday/Monday and starting our next challenge!

Okay... Gotta run. I actually AM going to eat tonight but only steamed veggies and unsweet tea. Talk to you soon!

SUBURBANMOM... you will get it together, its ****s when FOOD has control over what will make us happy and were the ones putting it in our mouths.... so technically its us.... it strang how we think or act about the foods that we puttin in our bodies.... seriously that pie wasnt good when it was already ate, i feel like that too.... so when i go to the store i see something good and i look at it and say is that chip ahoys better than being healthy, hell no than i walk on by.... that helps me out alot.... but we will get through this battle, and its addiction. i hope we all get to our goal soon!.... for we can start the next one...

Hi Ladies,

How is everyone doing tonight. hope you all had better day than mine, cause my job is stressing me out! Im very short staffed at work and work with 2 (dummies) OOP's did i say that (LOL) I have to manage a dental office and my 2 front office staff just can't get it right . The sad part is they've been there for a long time and i still have to do their job plus mine. Sorry to vent about work issues but you know it's hard to stay focused on my WL journey and come home stressed out.
Im going to try and relax and get back on track by the way my weigh in today at the doctors was 235, so im up 4 pounds
I will try my hardest to keep my head up and get back on track for next week.

Val - I can totally empathize. Our Office Manager/A.P. is out this week and I'm filling in for her while doing my job. The other girl here in the front office is LAZY! I mean, she rarely answers the phone (it's her job), her manager is rarely in the office and the phone then rings over to me so I'm doing 3 jobs.

Suburban - I usually have to cheat with something good durring the work week. The ladies here in the office will pick up Cherry Surprise (similar to cobbler) from an awesome Jamaican place down the street, or strawberry cobbler from a bbq place. I can never resist. And, IT ALWAYS TASTE GOOD GOING DOWN. I believe in 80/20, 80% good food for the week, the other 20% very very bad. Makes dieting worth it.

Dallas - You seem to be doing very well. I believe it's very possible to lose 30lbs by Feb. 10lbs per month is a healthy weight loss and you've got 4 months to do it.

I will probably get to the gym tomorrow because FI LOVES to workout on the weekends when we're both home so that will be a good thing! Yay! I have to work off some of this pizza they forced down our throats today.

Val - You work in a dental practice and I work for a dental software company. I wonder if you have our software! Please don't let those lazy jerks get under your skin and urge you to do unhealthy things like me. It never feels great afterward. I should know. I feel like crap for the junk I ate today!

I just found something new to motivate me to get back on track with my mini-goals. I just had some friends ask me if I'm going to one of the Homecoming games in 4 weeks! Yikes! The last time most of those people saw me I was 20! And while I was miserable because my boyfriend (at that time) thought I was "tipping the scales" with all my weight gain...I was actually pretty small. Okay...very small. I was 140ish (up from 119). I don't want to be THAT skinny EVER again, but I couldn't help it back then. However, I do want to try to tighten up somewhat before I see them. So I'm ready to recommit myself to a new challenge!

Well, I hope that you all have a wonderful, wonderful weekend. I will poke my head in here but I know it's quiet on the weekends. See you when we weigh-in again. I'll be ready for our next challenge! I guess I'd better get to working on thinking of what I want to accomplish in the next 4 weeks, huh?

SuburbanMom - That is great motivation!! I am going to NY for the holidays and would love to see a significant loss and change in my body by then. Your haircut is adorable on you. =)

Tequila - Good for you for getting in those 25 minutes. That is always better than doing nothing.

Dallas - I have never been "skinny" nor do I want to be. I DO want to be at a healthy weight and to really transform my body. I want to look toned.

I am going to watch a movie with the family and then go get in a workout. I had a protein shake for breakfast and then now my coffee. I am thinking of switching up my diet..I dont know how else to get through this slump. Working out is not the issue...by biggest battle is how I am eating. I am convinced. Funny, though while I feel frustrated..for once in my life I dont feel as though there is a rush. That is such a relief.

Hey, Suite! How's it going?And thank you SO much! I chopped it all off and everyone looked at me like I was crazy! LOL! But I guess I am...a little crazy.

Did you get your workout in this morning? What movie did you watch with your family?

Well, I think it's time for me to eat! LOL! Ha! It's 3:00 and I know I haven't eaten nearly enough today. Argh! I hate when it gets later in the day and I realize that either I haven't eaten anything at all, or...I've eaten, but just not enough. I have about 5 hours (my cutoff) to eat another 600 calories. Hmm...

Today I went to the gym, about 40 minutes of intervals on the treadmill and legwork. Tomorrow I hope to get 45 minutes of cardio in and work on my tris and chest. I will definitely have to do it as soon as I get up. Otherwise I will talk myself out of it. I'm so mad I haven't been as disciplined as I needed to be the last 3 weeks. I weigh-in at the doctor's office in 10 days and I had hoped to be down 20 pounds. But leave it to me...the procrastinator to try and cram for a weigh-in! LOL!

Hello Ladies,
I hope everyone is having a great weekend. I was so tired the last couple of nights,but I did get my workouts in. Quick update since Thursday night. Well I did watch my show Grey Anatomy Yayyyy seasion premiere and I loved it, but even better I did not fall off the wagon. I must admit I had a bite of my boyfriends pizza but only a bite. I also manage to get a 4 mile walk in that night and I didnt plan on it Woohoo. I did my 4 mile walk friday and Saturday morning and stay on point with my calories.

Ok My big news I am now down 3 pounds Yayyyyyyy I was hoping that extra working out would help move things. So I am now at 200 pounds. I weighed in yesterday I hope when this challenge is over I will be at 199 I know thats in just a few days but here's to wishing.

Surbanmom- I must say thank for telling me how to cook the eggs. I tried it this morning (Saturday) while everyone was still sleep after my workout and it came out greattttt. This will save me from cleaning frying pans and i can now do this at work. Thank You so much. You are doing great with the working out. I need to start doing some leg exercise and my weights. You are also going to have a great time at your Homecoming game

Dallas25- How sweet you are and such wonderful words of encouragement they meant a lot to read. I am feeling really motivated with all the encouragement from you ladies.Those 20 pounds will slide off you so quick. I know what you mean when you say you want to look good when you see your family. i want to also look good when I see them Thanksgiving and xmas. so we will just help keep each other focus. and I am pretty sure you will blow your familys mind when they see you.

Suitelady - I know how you feel about that slump. i lost weight twice recently (this summer) and got stuck where you are at 190 and I gave up and gained weight back. I think after a certain amount of weight loss our bodies just stall for a while and readjust. but you will start losing again it might take a few days or weeks but be patient. Don't do what I did. My mother told me and my cousin that same advice when we both stalled losing weight. she listened, I didnt, and eventually my cousins weight continued to drop off and lets just say see looks great now. I am glad you are not frustrated because you will be in that 180 soon and you have everyone here to help keep you motivated.

Default I know I'm late, but would love to be a part of this!

Hello ladies,

First of all I'd just like to say that this forum has been a great motivator for me to lose weight. I think you all look great and let's all give ourselves kudos for having the desire to be healthier, feel better, and to look our best. I've been on 37.5 mg of Phentermine for one week now. I don't own a scale (they discourage me), but I was last weighed in at 180lbs. I'm going on vacation in less than 3 weeks and would love to lose 10 lbs (or more) by then. I do work out 3-4 times a week (40 min. of cardio) and only drink water. I've cut down my portions tremendously with the help of Phentermine.

Anyone care to start on a new 10 day challenge? Please let me know. I'll be back later on today to see if anyone has responded. Thanks!

Good Morning!

Yesterday was a TERRIBLE day. I was lazy - didnt work out..and ate junk!! Ugh..I have to shake off this funk. I have to get out of the 190's. Just because..lol

Christy - Welcome! We decided we would stick together I guess until New Years! So, just keep posting with us.

Newbie - You GO GIRL!! I dont know about you but that was so exciting for me when I hit the 190's!! Just to no longer see that 2 was such a great relief.

SuburbanMom - I love love love that. Not everyone can wear their hair like that...a really good friend of mine did that..and it worked for her too. To me short hair just exudes confidence...I keep saying that when I make it to goal I will treat myself to a new cut...but everyone says (and I agree) that my long curly hair is part of my personality..lol.
So, maybe I will treat myself to a boob job instead!! lmao...just kidding.

Sassi - Welcome! Keep me posted on how you are feeling.

Dallas - yes 30 lbs by February is very doable!! Just focus. =) I know so much easier said than done. I am trying to stay focused myself. We can do this though...we have already come pretty far.

Tequila - Where are you?! Yes I jumped in on the Halloween challenge..but I guess this one will be looking like a Halloween challenge too...I promise to always check in here first. lol

Okay...on to a nice long workout and then Cinderella mode for me. I have lots of laundry to do.
I havent gotten on the scale and dont think I will for a few days...I dont want to get discouraged..and it would be even better that when I do it will show the 180's even if it is just 189.

Hello Everyone, Well, i'm 27 days into my life change and i'm now down 19 pounds. I actually fit into some jean shorts that didn't fit before. I'm 40 pounds away from onederland and I can't wait. Well, it's TOM for me and I have been a HORRIBLE person to be around! FI is keeping his distance and I can't say that I blame him. It's not his fault but I've found myself lashing out at him...A LOT! Poor guy. But I don't feel like apologizing to him yet so I'm up in our bedroom, watching the baby sleep and channel surfing. *sigh* I just feel out of sorts today. I pray this passes quickly.

SuburbanMom - I have been in a funk lately too. I honestly think its the Phen. I think its time for a break. It really isnt doing its job suppressing my appetite and I seem to "crash" in the early afternoon. Today I spread it out and took 1 and then a 1/2. It worked to supress my appetite but I still took the nap. lol So, I am considering taking a lil break and maybe that will be the trick to jumpstart my weigh loss again. I ate very well today, I am attempting to eat very clean. Let us see how it works. Also, I think its time for me to take a break from meat again. About a year ago I gave up meat for a few months and I really felt great...so lets see. I just wish I could feel like I do after my workouts like ALL THE TIME ... If I could bottle that I would be RICH!!

How is everyone else doing today?

But, I am feeling positive about the scale. I refuse to let it get me down.

Good Morning! How was your weekend?

I had a great day yesterday! It was a success...lol. Dropped lil man off at pre-school now I can get in a nice workout and shower alone! lol

Suite - I hope a few good workouts will help you shake those blues away!

Well, so I can get to work... (I can't believe I was able to log-in today. I'd better not log out! LOL) I weighed in this morning.... 200.6! Down 5 pounds! Woo hoo! This is what I needed to kickstart some better habits! I have to thank you all for getting me in gear! I can't wait to hear how everyone else's weigh-ins went this morning.

When do we start our next challenge, ladies? I'm ready!!!

Okay... I'm getting ready to log my calories so far today. I'm SURE I've reached my max though! They brough lunch in for us from On The Border....enchiladas and taco fixin's! Wish me luck.
