At a stall again. I haven't gained but haven't lost either. I have had to get back on iron because I have been so exhausted. I am bordeline anemic anyway but after I had my accident and with my heavy cycles, my levels were below normal. The past few months have been okay but I have noticed over the last 3 months or so I haven't been the same.
I am in between sizes UGH!!! My 16W's are loose and my 18's regular are loose as well, especially in the butt. LOL. I have dropped a band size--yippee! Oh, did I mention, I have went from a size 10 shoe to a size 9.

Hi Everyone!
How is everybody doing?? Im good but needs a little encouragement from my Phen Friends! Im trying to do it without PHen , Oh my god what am i gonna do (LOL) Been off for 2 days now and eating like a pig! I really need a break from it , being on phen makes me so emotional and also i think im Preggersssss !!! Yes ladies this one is a big surprise but im not sure yet. Im afraid not know and being on Phen what it will do to me and if i am expecting . If i am Dammit !! I was soooo close to really losing weight i wanted now this but pray that it's not true , i took a home test the other day and had a very faint positive. I remember getting pregnant with my first baby and the home test said the same thing. Now i have to wait a week and re test again.
Does anyone know the effects of phen and pregnacy???? Im so afraid that it's harmful so ive decided to stay off until im sure.
Don't worry girls i will let you know as soon as i find out. Oh my im going Bonkers over hereand worrying myself to death. It would explain my increased appettite sore boobs , you name it but then again i have felt this way before and was'nt.

Val - OMG sounds like you have something cookin...keep us posted. There is a great site called babyfit.com. Follow the diet..you will be fine...You can carry a baby and not have it sabotage your success so far. ;-)

I am not sure if you remember that I mentioned my sister have gastric bypass surgery. Well, she had it on Feb 1 and suffered some pretty major complications. It was REALLY scarey for a while there. I was up in NY sitting with her and taking care of her she was in the hospital for over a month. Thanksfully, she is doing great now and is already about 70 lbs lighter..we are looking exactly alike these days..I am going to try to post a pic I just took last weekend on her first day out. ;-) I knew I loved her but WOW didnt understand how much....
I have to update my stats. I have lost some and I feel absolutely fantastic. I am on my way to goal. Cant stop wont stop!! lol
After fixing my stats I am going to go back and check and try to catch up. =)

I found this pic I took last week with my sis. I am sooooo happy that she is feeling and doing so much better. This whole thing really had her depressed but I know that she is well on her way to enjoying her life and getting rid of whatever regret that she may have found.
She was calling me Nurse Ratchett.
I am so amazed at how much more we look alike now!!

Okay, ladies--I am hitting it hard this month. I have been slacking something terrible but I haven't gained any weight which is good. My goal is to lose at least 10+ lbs this month. I have to be at least 199 for my birthday in June. I plan to work out tonight at my gym and do the elliptical for at least 45 min.

Val- i got preg w/my 3 yr old on phen... can't remebr but i think my ob/gyn said it had something to do with losing weight and the pills does something to enhance hormone production as well.... i may have taken it for about 2 wks or so not knowing and he is perfectly fine. Good luck to u!!![]()

I'm definitely game for the 10 day challenge!!! I began at 200 on Saturday and today i'm down to 193.8. If i keep losing at the same rate i should be down to about 178.3. LETS DO THIS!!!

Quick update,
I have lost another 5 pounds and am down to 204. 5 more pounds to be at 199!!! These few pounds are a pain in the butt to lose, but i'm trying my hardest. Once i'm at 199 i'll work on getting to 180 but I will be soooo happy to be out of the 200's! I've gone from a size 20-22 to a 16. My goal is to be at least a size 12.
Hi Val, like you, when I stopped coming to this thread, I gained weight. I will start checking in daily too. Perhaps we need to start a challenge.
Hi waiting2xhale, a challenge sounds good to me. Im at a stand still with my weight i was at 222 now im back up to 227I know not much but not good either. I keep saying to myself as long as i dont see 260 ever again im ok but that's crazy. Ive been battling the 220's for 3 months and can't seem to get out of them but i was sooooo close at one point.
What should we do? I was thinking by Memorial Day which is 2 1/2 weeks away id like to be 10 pounds less than what i am now , that will put me at 217 and out of the 220's !!Yah. It's not much but if you want to im gameAlso daily check in's here.
Let me know what you think or if any of you other ladies like to join just let me know, i can't do it by myself.
Hey Val! Sorry to be checking so late. But a Memorial Day Challenge would be great! I was down to 195, but I am currently back up to 200 lbs. My weight is steady climibing. I am trying to stop it before it gets to bad. Memorial Day is two and a half weeks away. So my Memorial Goal will be to lose 7 lbs by then.

My weight too is steady climbing , i don't know why but i havent been as faithfull as i was last year when i first started this journey. Ive missed out excercise 2 days in a row being lazy and consumed with everyday stress with working and financial issues, that's made a big diffrence in my energy level for sure. Have you tried 5thp? a few people on here are taking it along with phen and im thinking of buying some. Summer is right around the corner and i dont want to be in the same position ive been in over the past 10 years of my life weighing over 200 pounds , for once id like to break the curse ! And sit back and look on these days and say wow i really did it.

Hi guys, i'm back with an update. I'm under 200 pounds!! As of this morning i'm at 194 pounds. I've lost 65 pounds so far and still dropping. Slowly but surely I will get to where I want to be. I am fitting into a size 14 now comfortably. Some skin is starting to hang here and there (not happy about that) but I guess it's better that the fat that was filling it in beforeNice talking to you guys!
