losing .5-1.5 a week is considered successful! Rejoice and dont compare your weight loss with someone elses! It is awesome you have done this keep it up.

Don't stress out, your body just needs time to catch up and figure out what's going on. Besides if you keep up that rate your skin wouldn't be able to shrink back with you and then you would look like a flying squirrel! LOL

Congrats on the 20! That is outstanding! The first month is always the biggest loss I think. Don't be discouraged if your loss slows....just know that you will never be that size again and any loss is a step in the right direction! Good Luck

Congratulations! I know how discouraging that can be but be proud of yourself for making a change for the better. Try to think of what you can do a little differently to trick your body. =) But, never compare your weight loss to that of others. Any loss is a success. Slow and steady wins the race.

Hi, 20 pounds is a lot to lose in a month. Your body needs some time to get use to letting 20 lbs go and it is normal to slow down and probably better for you. I often will have a big weight loss my first week and then another 3 lbs the next week and then things being to slow down for me. This is on weight watchers. I don't know how I will do with Phen. I weigh in on Tuesday. Your doing great so do not get discouraged!!
