Red face questions about dysphoria/ moodiness

Hi Everyone! I am a phen newbie (day 3) and am interested in y'alls opinion. I work a three day workweek, 3 very long (14+ hours), hot and stressful days. I am considering not taking the phen on the days that i work. What do you recommend? Also, I find it hard enough to sleep on the days that i work, so I think this may help with the insomnia. What about splitting the tablet and only taking half?

Boxermom, that may work because of ypur work schedule. I work 4 days 10 hours a day , but i take mine in the morning because it gives me energy and curbs my appettie for lunch and dinner, never had any problems with sleeping though because after im home from my 1st job and come home to my kids and after getting them together im sooooo tired , i actually sleep pretty good. Good luck!

I'd reccommend taking your phen every day if you want maximum benefits. You could also add 5-HTP which does a couple things...it helps with moodiness or phen rage as we affectionately call it--because it is a natural serotonin booster and it also helps with insomnia. You can get it at any drugstore/healthfood store. It's best to take it on an empty stomach before you go to bed. One other thing it helps with is carb and sweet cravings. I actually just bought some today and am trying it out tonight, a lot people on this site take it. There is a good article about it on Verylargebob's thread called The Best Article on Phentermine (or something like that) you should read, plus there's a ton of other good info in it too. Good luck.

Depending on where you live, if you have a GNC or similar vitamin store, try there or even Wal-Mart. I was very moody and easily irritated but after I read about 5-HTP in a previous thread, I always had it "at the back of my mind" to try it. I wish I would have gotten it sooner. My family feels the same way. They are is much happier now. LOL

Going to get the 5-HTP. I am a moody, grouchy mess.

I'll get you, my pretty and your little dog too!
