Vacation is over...

Well we are home from vacation. I had a wonderful time, but stayed exhausted the entire time we were gone. You'll never belive what I did.

I forgot my Phen at home!!!!!

I haven't been on the scale since I've been home, but I can tell you I FEEL fat and yucky. Not too long ago, if someone told me what we eat can change the way we feel, I would of told them they were crazy. But after eating crap and drinking soda, I now can see that what I eat does affect the way I feel.

Loved your pics--esp. the one where your dog crashed on the bed, lol!! When I read that you forgot your phen I audibly said, Oh no! That's sounds like something I would do. I know you feel like you've taken 2 steps back, but try not to get too discouraged--any weight you gained, if any, should come off pretty fast. And taking an unplanned phen break might just work in your favor and you'll get a bonus kick-start.

BTW, you looked so pretty in those photos--not at all like c rap. Also, your girls are beautiful. Looks like ya'll had a great time!

We stayed at my Aunts house. She has a Cadiz address, but lives almost in Canton.

You look great in the pics!

And your girls are beautiful too! You can tell just by looking at them that they are wonderful young women. Great job

We were about to Louisville. That's about an hour and a half from home. I'm not too worried about it. It was vacation, I mean we only do a big one once a year... so what the heck. As long as I don't live like that everyday, I'll be alright.

looks like you had a great time and your pics are great! I didnt forget my phen on my vacation but after a few days I realized I might end up beoming immune to phen if i was taking it and still eating crap..so maybe it was better that you forgot it..
