Just my opinion, but since you asked…..I will bet you would be floored by the number of calories in a restaurant “healthy” meal. Personally, I definitely would not go out to eat twice in the same day. Maybe see if you can only do it once a week or once every two weeks. That way if you eat a bit too much it doesn’t end up being WAYYYYYY too much that day. It is amazing how fast 1000 calories add up.
I also think that if you cut the calories by 500 over what you are used to eating you may get better results. Once you plateau…cut back some more until you are down to1200 or so. I have found that by cutting calories some at a time rather than a huge amount all at once I lose faster.

these past few days, and I'm NOT a morning person. I usually have to force myself out of bed to go for my walk. Amd usually at the end of that walk, i'm ready to quit. But, both of theses days on the Phen, i actually wanted to keep going, and felt like i could do a lot more.
