    Default what diet or eating schedule & amount do you eat while taking phen?

    What have you found to be most effective? Be it a diet or schedule or just amount you eat etc? Thank you for answering

    well, I know you're supposed to eat about 5-6 small meals a day, but I'm the first to admit I'm bad about that. I usually have a banana at breakfast, then take the phen around 11.....around 2 I usually have a snack/lunch, then dinner at 7ish. I drink water all day.
