    Smile any advise. I'm new to this

    Hi, i just register but have actually been taking the pill since mid to beginning of april. I have lost about 13 pounds and keep losing. My problem/concern is that i am losing because i only eat once a day. Almost always it a pepsi and burrito from taco bell as my one meal at about three pm. I never have been a healthy eater and never been on a diet so i was wondering if there is any advise for me?
    I dont want to take the pill forever and by the way im losing weight i just know it will all bounce right back. One of my problems is i work 12hrs a day for seven days then i have a week off. I work as a medical assistant in an urgent care, thats how i have the frug, my dr there takes it and so do most of the workers. Anyway, i am not sure how to eat three meals a day and still lose weight.
    Oh, i dont really exercise either but im hoping to change that, at least on my days off. We have a very active lab and wii fit. Its a really fun console and makes you sweat in the first couple minutes.
    I was wondering about protient shakes or supplement shake because those would be the most convenient.

    hmmm- well I can tell you that you are most certainly going to have problems when you go off the phen if you don't develop good habits while on it. Weight loss is simple. You have to burn more than you take in. In order to do this, I think you are going to need to find a plan (I do Weight Watchers) and learn how to eat healthy and exercise. There are plenty of websites available to help you decide what is right for you and fits your lifestyle best. Also, I would encourage you to quit making excuses (I had to as well) for the reasons you are overweight. I would consider eating at Taco Bell a treat to be enjoyed occassionally not everyday. Take some time to plan what you are going to eat, prepare it and take it with you. Does it **** to eat a salad you brought from home while everyone else has mexican? Well, yes, but you have to do it. That is where the phen is helping me. I don't really care what everyone else is eating now, I just do my exercise at lunch and eat what I brought from home. I think not eating out or only every once is a while is a good way to get a handle on things.

    I COUNT MY CALORIES, BUT I EAT THREE MEALS A DAY AND 2 SNACKS SO THAT IT BOOSTS MY METABOLISM. THAT WAY I HAVE THE ENERGY TO EXERCISE. I KEEP MY CALORIES BETWEEN 1000-1200 A DAY BUT SWITCH IT UP SOMEDAYS I DONT EAT AS MUCH.
