I am a member of 24HOURGYM and this really helps; they have fun classes in the mornings and night and that helps me stay motivated to exercise! the LIFTING class is great so is the SET (kinda like step aerobics of some sort) class! I also tried the CYCLING and AQUA class, but I didn't enjoy myself too much there.

I try to do a morning class at the gym every week day at 9am, class lasts for about an hour so around 10am I am out of the class.

I take my phen around 10am, on an empty stomach with all of my multi vitamins and supplements

I drink atleast a liter of water from then to about 2pm and I have a small lunch; whole wheat bread with shaved chicken breast, mustard and lettuce. since it's summer, I'm loving watermelon so I'm eating that with lunch and as a snack before dinner!

I have dinner around 6pm and this is usually some form of protien (I love the premarinated packs of chicken breast at the grocery store) and lots of veggies; steamed brocoli (no butter) or steamed greenbeans.

I try my best to make the 7pm classes at my gym but sometimes I'm too late so I'll just spend an hour on the elliptical (at the rate I go, I'm burning between 600 and 650 calories in an hour), then I'll go do some reps of weights on some areas I'm trying to tone up (triceps/back of my upper arms, hamstrings/right under my butt) and finally, spend about 10min in the wood sauna.

I make sure to drink LOTS of water all day, atleast 3 liters, and when you're at the gym it's waaaay easier to drink loads of water, especially if you layer clothing and get hot like I do!

there are some days where I don't go to the gym for a total of 2.5 hours, some days I don't go at all, but I try not to miss more than two days at the gym because I don't want to get in a rut. also, classes really help me and motivate me; it's fun for my friends to come and the teachers are always so motivating and the music pumps me up as well! plus, the room is walled with mirrors and that helps ALOT!

main thing to losing weight is that you need to be using up more calories then you put it; try to limit each meal to a certain amount of calories. I aim for my meals to be no more than 400 calories and not to drink soda or juice because those are empty calories and just set me back in my weight loss journey.

I'd say try to walk for 30 to 60 mins a day too! walking outdoors is great at this time of year, maybe you can make a playlist on your ipod to help motivate you, have a friend come so you can talk and help pass the time (plus, having a partner in your work out regimine is great because you can help motivate eachother and it doesn't make working out FEEL like actually working out), get some light hand weights (one or two lbs) and walk with those too, that way your arms are also getting a work out!

and no matter how rinky dink it is, take advantage of it! some days when I go to the gym, I find seeing people who are older and more out of shape than I am, I find it motivating in a sense! they have great machines there that can help you tone up certain areas. also, when I'm on the elliptical, they have a tv on I can watch or I bring a book/magazine to read to help pass the time. I also set myself up for little goals, like say I've been on the elliptical for 36min and I've burned a total of 340 calories, well I try to challenge myself and say "ok lets try to burn a total of 400 calories by 40min" or something like that, that helps make it fun and interactive for me.
