Well down from 197 to 191.5 but I am only days away from TOM. I am excited about the results so far. Funny because I feel like I lost inches like my stomach feels flatter but it doesnt measure differently. I am pretty much keeping at 1000 to 1200 calories per day tracking on sparkpeople. So I may have a slow weight loss but thats ok. I am also only taking 1/2 pill which I may increase because I have no energy and I kinda get hungry but we will have to wait and see.
Now if only I could figure out how to change my stats
