hey everyone, I need some advice. I have been on phen for 3 1/2 weeks now and the first two weeks I did great lost 13 lbs. Now I seem to be gaining and losing the same 2lbs over and over again. Help!

Don't feel so bad - I 've been **** also. I've weighed 169.5 - 171.5 for the last week. It goes back and fourth - all week long. I believe this is pretty much the norm.

I am stuck also but never really lost very fast
its been about 14 weeks for me and I have lost 20lbs
been stuck the same weight all month so far
I gotta kick butt these next 2 weeks so I can atleast have a 5lbs
weight loss for this month... ( I have not been on phen for 1 week
was trying to take 2 weeks off so when i start again maybe I can get a jump start )
since its been coming off slow but not sure i want to be off it another week

i lost about 10lbs really fast in the first week...i just started taking my 4th week and i started losing again...i was stuck at 190 for like 2 weeks now im starting to lose again. down to 186 since friday...im not even exercising right now cause ive been so busy...ive just been eating my 4 small meals and drinking tons of water...i also am feeling the energy more...
my opinion is that our bodies go through so much that it is busy trying to adjust levels and getting used to new 'settings' ...just let your body re adjust to your new weight and it will start working on losing weight again.

Same here! I was stuck for almost 2 weeks as well and the scale started moving last week. So, ur about to start loosing again! =)

Well, i didn't get to my goal by of 140 by Feb. 2nd. But, i'm okay with that! I am still working out 4-5 times a week and, eating healthy. I am at a healthy bmi and feel great!
I am still loosing but, slowly. Around 1lb. per week. But, that's okay too!I'm happy with my progress so far.
hey! there will be times when you get stuck, when it happens try to do something a little bit different. ive heard & read in a lot of weight loss magazines that you will lose more weight if you give yourself a 'cheat' day or eat something 'bad' every once in a while. or, kick up your exercise routine or maybe add in a different exercise.
It happens to everyone. The main thing is just don't give up. Try to vary your calorie intake for a day or two, change up your exercise routine, just something a little different. Maybe it will shock your body so that when you go back to your normal routine you'll start losing again.
At any rate-- just be patient-- the scale will move in the right direction soon enough as long as you stick to your healthy eating plan. Good luck!!
