    Exclamation HELP.....fallen off the wagon

    Ok so like a month ago i hurt my back and i was on prednisone, so i stopped taking my phen for about a week, since the prednisone increases your appetite....stupid i know but i thought i'd give myself a break or something since i was hurt.

    so since then i have not taken my phen regularly...so it's been almost a month. some days i am ok....eat well...watch my protions.....but days like today.....i ate like a PIG!!!!!

    I have a crappy work schedule, i work 3rd shift most of the time (10p-8a) so itake my phen when i am at work....and on the datys i am off i take it like....before lunch...but theyve been moving my schedule a bunch and so i never know when to take it and i have gotten out of the habit....i don't want to undo everything i have done....i need some advice on how to jump start again!!!!!!

    i am reallt going to start, taking my phen and eating well tomorrow.....i want to be at keast a little slimmer when i get married, and i want to have a baby and I don't want even more to struggle with after the baby......

    I know how hard it is to stick to eating right and taking phen when it comes to a busy schedule, I work nights too and at first i really had to sit down and figure out when i was taking phen, what time I should eat, and what time I should stop eating, I would do this every day if I were you so that your always prepared ahead of time.

    My advice is to do like Aly mentioned. Sit down and figure out your week as soon as you get your work schedule. And then stick to it... already know when you are going to take your vitamins, when you are going to take your phen, when you are going to eat your snacks and meals. Know when you are going to exercise, plan it out and stick to the plan. If you sway from the plan that you created for yourself, you are only cheating yourself.
    Get back up and get back on the wagon. This is not easy, it's not supposed to be. If you work at it you will feel so much better, every single day. I still have another 40 lbs to go to get to my goal and I have two choices, I can get upset cause I still have a long way to go, or I can continue plucking away at it every day and know when I got to sleep that I have done everything I can to get that remaining 40 pounds off.
    You have a wedding as modivation, give it your all girlie! You'll be suprised what you are capable of if you put everything into it!!! Good luck!!!
